Unfortunately, my room faced the inner courtyard, so there was almost no natural light. The room itself was rather average.
That said, the staff are excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain everything in detail.
The breakfast is good, but in my opinion quite overpriced. €45 per person feels very expensive for what is offered.
We had a layover at a different airport, so we decided to stay near centrale stazione. Got off the bus, and it was a minute away.
The staff, the room, the spa, and the gym everything eas perfect.
We were able to check in early for upgrading our room for a fee. But was worth it. Would definitely come back!!
Loved the amenities including the pool, sauna and salt room. Didn’t really know how to use the ice room.
Spa services needed reservation days ahead such as manicure pedicure massage so didn’t get any (also quite expensive)
