Service was impeccable. We stayed in the room with a balcony and the room size was very good (we have 2 kids aged 2 and 9). The hotel has a lovely spa and indoor pool. Location is excellent with the town and a number of restaurants being walking distance. Excellent breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel once and the food was excellent as well. Its a lovely hotel and we had a wonderful time. We definitely stay there again

We stayed at this hotel over the Epiphany long weekend and stayed in the Alpen Active Hotel Suite. We found the situation to be quite ambiguous. The reception area is very well-maintained, while the Active Hotel area was practically abandoned. Maintenance was poor, with entrance doors always open and no security at the entrance. Room maintenance was poor, for example, the shower with the sauna was old and didn't work. That said, either close this half of the hotel or maintain it to the standards of the sister hotel across the street. We were not satisfied.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly polite, the amenities were top-notch, and everything was impeccably clean. The food was fantastic, and every detail was meticulously attended to. We had a wonderful week-long stay with my partner and are already planning to return this winter! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for couples seeking a memorable getaway. Thank you for providing such a phenomenal experience!

Great place to relax and connect with nature. Very nice personnel. The rooms were large, clean, modern, and with beautiful views on the mountains. The hotel has access to the Spa which is well-equipped with facilities and services. Also, the Spa offers its own skincare line which I would recommend trying out!! The restaurant had a diverse menu with typical dishes and a rich list of wines. Also, the bartender was always ready to surprise with new drinks. I would definitely come back!

My friend and I spent a long weekend in this beautiful property. The location is very easily reachable from Bergamo and Milan, with a relaxing drive surrounded by greenery. We stayed in an exclusive room - very modern, with high-end furniture and finishing. The staff was very approachable and kind, caring for every need of ours. Cherry on top was the food: from breakfast through dinner, the restaurant and lounge bar delivered top notch quality dishes. Highly recommend the tagliolini all'astice from the dinner menu and the buns for a quick bite at lunch.

I am driving away as we speak and I already miss this amazing place and the gorgeous people who work there. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like VIPS and part of the family all at once. Beautiful grounds, view and the food is out of this world. Exceptional staff that is super friendly. English speaking, so communication is easy. Stayed over 3 nights and enjoyed it greatly. The restaurant offers traditional Italian cousins both for lunch and dinner. Excellent for company visits and workshops. Easy car ride to the sky slopes.

Hotel Milano Aspen Spa is a marvel! Immersed in an enchanting landscape, very helpful staff, excellent cuisine, personalized treatments, large swimming pool and spa, I would say the ideal destination to recover energy and find some peace with your partner. Ideal for couples and great for families. We will return as soon as possible. Thanks to all the staff and see you soon!
