Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio

Gorgeous property, location, amenities, hospitality and food! Only wish is if hotel had a bar to sit at. The hotel has a full bar and a library to sit where they serve drinks, but cannot sit at the bar. Overall, cannot wait to return someday. The view was picture perfect and the service was top notch.

Where do I begin? We've visited quite a few locations around the world and have been fortunate enough to stay in several very nice hotels, but nothing compares to the Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio! The entire facility is amazing...everything is updated, the spa is quite incredible (steam room, sauna, ice room, Himalayan salt room, and more), the rooms are beautiful, the view of Lake Como is second to none, and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world...and all within a short walk to downtown Bellagio. But what really makes Hotel Belvedere unique and awesome is the staff...never have I experienced a group of genuine, friendly, helpful, and generous professionals like that of Hotel Belvedere. So much so that I have to give a shout out to several: Huge thanks to the restaurant and pool team - Damiano, Claire, Tomas, Greta, and Alessio; the bar - Alex and Mustafa (Alex, you are so incredibly kind!); and the front desk and concierge - Manuela and Felipo. I could go on raving about the Hotel Belvedere, but I think you get the point...the absolute BEST hotel ever, and we will treasure the memories of our nine-day visit with you (and greatly look forward to the next one)!

The staff top level in service and helpfulness and politeness.

This hotel was simply beautiful and modern with the best service staff and delectable breakfast brunch. Whatever we needed the staff was there to help us with whether it was temperature or transport or reservations. They welcomed us home with open arms and always were so kind and courteous to us. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here -5 minute walk into town and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access when you want. The shuttle was awesome too when you don’t feel like walking. Bellagio was also the best town in which to stay and town was very vibrant . We loved hotel Belvedere and hope you do too!!!

One of the nicest views in Lake Como region is right outside your hotel room. The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. Service to the room is excellent and the restaurant is also outstanding, Michelin quality food and service. The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of the Bellagio tourist region puts your right close to the action

The view from the hotel was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the spa, and spent a lot of time using the facilities in between exploring the area. Our room had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was great. The room decor was a little sparse and the style was very minimal. That's the only area for improvement in an otherwise wonderful hotel.

The hotel is magnificent! Almost everything was perfect: spacious territory, very tasty breakfasts and a restaurant with a gorgeous view of the lake, a spa area and a gym, a lounge, there is even a library. Excellent location. The only thing that was not very comfortable for us personally was the hard mattresses (standard room), but after talking to the staff they said that they are updating the rooms to newer ones and this issue will also be resolved.

I highly recommend!!! So many great points! The view is absolutely breathtaking! You have free run of the wellness center--sauna, steam room, aromatic shower therapy and more--which is included in your stay, while you can schedule and pay for specific treatments. It is a very easy and convenient walk to the center of town, yet away from the throngs on the waterfront. Charming rooms (clean, old world but not too ornate) and EXCELLENT service and attention to details--welcome sparkling wine and note on first day, beautiful bouquet and delicious treat and note left in room on birthday. They were so very helpful in helping us schedule tours and advising us on basically any questions we had on how to get around (bravo to the front desk staff!), what sites we should prioritize and how to organize our day. LOVED the breakfast buffet and admittedly we were super late for breakfast every morning. They never made a fuss and quickly learned that we were struggling with mornings and worked around us but in a way that made us always feel so welcome and not like we were a problem (a big THANKS to the warm and friendly restaurant staff!). The restaurant also makes a lovely and tasty dinner option, whether or not you stay there.

You just can't go wrong staying here. Honestly, the entire staff made our stay so lovely. THANK YOU to Hotel Belvedere!

Great hotel !! Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Its a 7 minute walk from town. I had a party to go too that was about 10 minutes away by drive. Lake Como is very hard to find taxi’s, the hotel was nice enough to accommodate us and gave us a free ride to the Villa. Overall my stay was great. Recommend this hotel and will stay again!
