Friendly and efficient staff. Clean room. Nice location
Wow! Is probably the best word to sum up this wonderful hotel,it's in a great location, the hotel itself is so nice ,the staff was amazingly helpful (we had car trouble and recommended a local place) the room was spectacular with bith views of the mountains and how clean it was .
It was one of the highlights of the trip
Beautiful hotel.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Lovely room.
Nice updated rooms, large and comfortable in our space, especially for Italy! Good food, nice staff, excellent location right in the middle of town.
We only stayed one night, wished it had been more. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a snack with drinks, evening meal and breakfast and the food was excellent. Highly recommended. Only one negative, which won’t bother you if you are staying in the winter months, but the balcony door in our room had a very light curtains and it was daylight at 5am. Needs to be a blackout covering.
Excellent traditional hotel
Excellent traditional hotel. Extremely clean with a remqrkable, wonderful fresh scent throughout. Nice view, excellent breakfast, convenient parking, close to everything.

The place is undeniably beautiful, stunning views, historic buildings, and a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re stepping into another era. That’s exactly why this stay ended up feeling bittersweet: a place like this deserves much more care from the people managing it. I understand the business model relies heavily on day visitors, and of course profit matters. But right now it feels...
No park reserved for hotel guests so if you have a big car prepare yourself to fight for a parking spot. Hotel’s Restaurant doesn’t guarantee a table for hotel guest
Experience was great, the AperiSpa was not so reach, drinks are very poor.
Fantastic location. Nice pools, but full from 11am to 6pm.

Beautiful building and the spa was very nice. There is a national park for hiking just behind the hotel. However, the facilities were below expectations otherwise. A truly beautiful place in the mountains, the air is incredible! 🤍 The hotel is incredibly beautiful. Yes, the rooms aren't exactly new and the design may be dated, but that adds to its charm. The restaurant where breakfast is served is absolutely incredible. It's delicious. The thermal baths included in your stay are also magnificent. Happy hour is included in your stay, and you can book it. They...
Let's start with the most interesting aspect of the hotel: the building itself! It is a truly beautiful, well-maintained historic building that evokes the splendour of Belle Époque travel. The dining and breakfast room is spectacular. A definite plus was the upgrade from a standard room to a junior suite, which was very welcome. The room is honestly a mix: some beautiful historic pieces of furniture...
I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment adjacent to the inn. I had a fabulous time but wished the restaurant was open for dinner although the front desk helped order me a pizza that was delivered. I will definitely return as it’s a lovely place to stay and spa.
Stunning hotel in an incredible location, with phenomenal views. The spa is amazing and huge. Breakfasts were fabulous and the rooms in the new building are really spectacular. Can’t fault it in any way.

We stayed three nights at the Palace Hotel between Christmas and New Year. Overall, we had a great time. The location of the hotel is central and there is a free shuttle to the cabinovia. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the food we were served at dinner...
Really fine 4* hotel with nice staff. Not bad spa facilities. You just need to work on restaurant menu. They are prepared for groups and scheduled meals
Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel On arrival we were offered help with our bags. Normally I don’t bother but as we had a large heavy suitcase and bike box I agreed. We spent a fantastic week at Hotel Palace Wellness & Beauty while cycling in the Bormio region. "Stayed at Hotel Cristallo in Bormio and it was spot on. The location is perfect – right in the heart of town, so everything is just a short walk away: restaurants, shops, and the ski lifts. Breakfast was generous with fresh pastries, local cheeses and great coffee...
Everything was perfect. They even upgraded our room.
Nice place in a very little village.

more spacef for ski storage and ski poles. alo a more lager chaging room. We didnt use the spa so we cant rate it.
A stunning hotel in gorgeous location. Friendly staff who were always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are of a high standard and I had a great view from my hotel room. Also accommodating regarding motorcycle parking.
Fabulous hotel. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. I made the mistake of booking not enough nights and when I discovered the oversight the management was very accommodating. My companion loved the hotel and the excellent service.
We only stayed one night, But was very impressed with the hotel hospitality and the dinning! Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.
This beautiful town in Italy has so much to offer.
Will definitely recommend and return.
Hotel is very well run excellent reception, very helpful, food was excellent and the dining room staff were brilliant as were the bar staff. Rooms were excellent and always clean and tidy with fresh towels everyday. Ideally located for a short walk to town and almost opposite the Therme.
Centrally located and with parking this is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent bathrooms. The restaurant was good with a more than adequate menu. The breakfast was extensive and the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help you.

The place was absolutely amazing. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The hotel staff and reception is very welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. The overall housekeeping and cleaning of the rooms is excellent. The hotel room was spotless and great attention to detail. Management was thoughtful and clearly focused on guest comfort. Overall, a highly positive experience that I would gladly recommend to any visitor to Bormio.
We spent our last three nights in Italy at the Baita dei Pini and adored it. Our suite was the size of an apartment and smelt of fresh pine. We had an incredible view over the Giro d'Italia route with the mountains beyond. There are stunning hikes and runs a short drive away and world class bike climbs from the front door. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and spacious. The service was excellent...
We chose the hotel Baita Dei Pini on the basis of numerous reviews on the Internet and a combination of various factors vital for a ski trip. We would like to highlight the following advantages of the hotel: 1. Complex renovation of the hotel for the oncoming Olympics. 2. Responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff. 3. Very tasty breakfast with local products. 4. About 400m walk to the ski lift, but...
All was great. A 5 minute walk from Bormio gondola and the old town center. The small but nice spa should be restricted to 2 people (you book the hour anyway). We were 6 people and there wasn’t enough space. Breakfast was excellent as well as the restaurant.
I travel most of my time for work and pleasure. It's the first time that an hotel, knowing in advance about a birthday celebration does nothing for the guest, not a glass of wine, not a chocolate...not a card. I believe a pricy 4* hotel should be more focused on personalized service. A good location, clean room and ok breakfast are a basics for that price.

Hotel Olimpia was the perfect stay for our Olympic experience. The room was lovely, private and quiet. The entire staff there took exceptional care of us and we loved our afternoons at the wine bar. Thank you for a perfect stay with you!
Wonderful small, recently renovated hotel, perfectly located to the ski lift and village (both 5 minutes walk). Good breakfast, perfectly clean rooms and a small spa. Great service from the whole staff and especially Giovanni at the reception.
Excellent service, clean rooms, very friendly stuff and amazing breakfast.
Bike friendly place with dedicated storage room (with pump and bike stand).
The only thing I'd add, which is really minor, is free small bottle of water in room to elevate the hotel even higher. For the record, there is a fridge with paid water available.
Great hotel :)
Central location, incredibly spacious and comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. I was not there for a skiing holiday so I cannot vouch for proximity to lifts and such. The main piste is however maybe 200 metres from the property. I recommend it!
We stayed for a weekend. Everything was perfect: the hospitality was top notch, the rooms were the best... we had dinner at the steakhouse... everything was very good. What else can I say if you won't be back soon. Thanks to Lisia and Davide Maffezzoli.

We had the most amazing stay in Miramonti Park Hotel. The friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms, the tidiness, the location. It could not have been better.

First went to Bormio, on a skiing trip back in the 1980's. decided we would like to revisit it before we got to old! Choose the MIramonti as a good location, close enough to ski lift & town (where my partner would be exploring). Didn't overall enjoy the food, thought it was a bit over complicated...
We have stayed at this family-run hotel for the second time now. After our first visit, which we absolutely loved, we were happy to recommend it to our friends.

This was our second stay at Miramonti Park Hotel Bormio, and once again we really enjoyed it. We first came here on the recommendation of friends, and I had also stayed here previously with my son.

Great spot in the center of Bormio.
This hotel offers a good blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. It caters to the needs of all travelers, whether seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventurous getaway. With its excellent location, attentive staff, and impeccable cleanliness, it represents a great choice to visit Bormio

The hotel is well located, but it desperately needs a renovation for the price. The rooms are reasonably spacious and have views, but the walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything. The pillows are too high, causing neck pain, and the mattress sagged in the middle. Breakfast is basic, and the machine coffee is frankly terrible. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
