We highly recommend Eden Hotel Bormio.
Our stay was very pleasant, and the whole team truly pays attention to every detail.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very cozy.

My wife and I are allergic to gluten, and unfortunately we forgot to mention it before our arrival. During breakfast, the chef, Hassan, noticed that we had chosen a gluten-free snack. He personally came to our table to ask if we were allergic.

The next morning, he prepared gluten-free pancakes and a chocolate cake for us that were absolutely amazing — truly from heaven, so light and fluffy like clouds.

The hotel reception was also very friendly, warm, and welcoming.

A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Chef Hassan, for such thoughtful care. We would be very happy to come back.

Wow! What an amazing stay. The hotel was spotless and so well kept. The staff, both at reception and at breakfast, were incredibly attentive, always smiling and kind. We came with three kids (with big appetites!) and they happily enjoyed endless pancakes. Breakfast was fresh, clean, and delicious — and the coffee was just perfect.

The sweetest touch was for my son’s birthday: they surprised us with a birthday sign and pastries, which made the day so special.

Top-notch service and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back again! Highly recommended.

Delicious breakfasts with the option for special orders to ensure everything is freshly prepared. The room was of a very high standard, perfectly clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and always helpful. Underground parking is available for an additional fee but its normal in Italy. The stay was very enjoyable, and I will definitely return here. A hotel worth recommending!

I stayed here for 1 night on the 14 Oct so it was generally a very quiet period but that didn't effect the standard of service which was impeccable. I used the hotel as base before cycling up the Stelvio, the Hotel genuinely looks after cyclists and understands the needs, it also has a secure bike store in the garage.
The room was in a traditional alpine type theme but the bathroom was modern and very functional.
Food and beverage were outstanding and the service was faultless, a great breakfast buffet!
I would recommended this hotel unreservedly and look forward to staying again one day. Thank you.

One of the most flawless hotels I've stayed in.

The room was comfortable and large and without odd quirks that so many hotels have.

The breakfast was also one of the best quality hotel buffet breakfasts I've had. Fresh pastries, great quality meats and cheese, fresh squeezed juice, and range of dishes to order like crepes. Just really well done (except if you prefer lighter roasted coffee which Italians don't understand 😉)

Parking is extra cost and the spaces feel tight given each space is hemmed in by structural concrete.

I liked our stay. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. Walking distance to slopes and shops. Excellent breakfast. Super friendly service.

Excellent modern hotel with an ideal location in the mountains. Not very big but comfortable rooms with all amenities. A small wellness center with sauna and Turkish bath, which can also be used on the day of departure to refresh after the last day of skiing. Very helpful and polite service, good breakfast for variety of choice and quality. Covered parking is available at a modest cost for the exclusive use of hotel guests.
