We had the most amazing stay in Miramonti Park Hotel. The friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms, the tidiness, the location. It could not have been better.
We are on a plant based diet and I was absolutely amazed about the breakfast options and the dinner menu with loads of vegan options. And the presentation of the dishes was like in a Michelin star restaurant.
We will definitely be back!

The only suggestions we have: The swimming pool price (if you don´t book it included, which we were not aware of) is quite high for a family of 4. And the heating in the room was not manually adjustable, it was not cold but could have been a bit warmer.

A big thank you for making our stay in Bormio an extraordinary one.

First went to Bormio, on a skiing trip back in the 1980's. decided we would like to revisit it before we got to old! Choose the MIramonti as a good location, close enough to ski lift & town (where my partner would be exploring). While overall our impression of the hotel was good, a couple of small issues, dampened our overall enthusiasm.
Didn't overall enjoy the food, thought it was a bit over complicated (we took the half board option).
While I didn't use the facilities, my partner did between the 9-3 period, which was included (which by the standards offered by similar hotels, in the UK, was odd), thought the draining for the outdoor jazcuzzi, to deny it's use, during that time, was petty.
We did overall enjoy our stay, & would recommend it to others

We have stayed at this family-run hotel for the second time now. After our first visit, which we absolutely loved, we were happy to recommend it to our friends.

The hotel is very cozy and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The spa area is excellent: in addition to the standard saunas, there are also some very unique ones — one with stained-glass windows and a real wood-burning stove in the center, and another designed like an “earth lodge.” There is also a large outdoor jacuzzi, which is especially enjoyable. The hotel offers a swimming pool (very warm, by the way) and a massage room.

But most importantly, the staff’s warm and caring attitude truly stands out. You really feel at home here.
We would be very happy to return again in the future.

Great hotel with excellent service and spa!

This was our second stay at Miramonti Park Hotel Bormio, and once again we really enjoyed it. We first came here on the recommendation of friends, and I had also stayed here previously with my son.
The hotel is not right next to the ski lift, but there is a free shuttle, and walking takes about 10 minutes through the old town, which is very pleasant.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping and daily towel changes. We stayed in a modern room with a private sauna, which was perfect after skiing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, including a receptionist who speaks Russian. Also we enjoyed relaxing evenings at the bar.
The spa area is great, especially the outdoor sauna. Breakfasts are excellent, and although dinner was a bit more expensive than before, the food was tasty.
Overall, a very comfortable hotel with great service. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Park Miramonti was disappointing overall, and I would not consider returning.

The only genuinely positive aspects of the hotel were the reception staff, who were courteous and helpful, and the live musicians, who created a pleasant atmosphere in the evenings. Both deserve recognition for their professionalism.

Beyond that, the experience fell well below expectations. The room was less than average, lacking the comfort and attention to detail one would expect at this price point.

The restaurant service was particularly poor. Service was disorganized and inattentive, tablecloths were visibly dirty, and to make matters worse, we were charged for food that was never consumed. This is unacceptable and suggests a serious lack of oversight.

The spa facilities were also subpar and did not meet the standards implied by the hotel’s marketing. Overall, the hotel does not justify its positioning, and the issues encountered significantly impacted the stay.

While the staff at reception and the musicians made a positive effort, these alone are not enough to compensate for the shortcomings in accommodation, dining service, and facilities. I would strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider other options in Bormio before booking here.

Rooms are clean, but the lowest priced tier rooms are quite small. Walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors talk and flush toilets. We weren't able to fit our bikes in the room. Though there's a ski room for bike storage, it does not have bike racks or ability to lock individual bikes. The service is okay. I booked a room with single double bed but was given a room with two singles, has repeatedly asked to make it into a double but seems like that got lost in translation... The breakfast selection is on par with other hotels in the area, and imo, nothing special. Spa is only for free during certain hours in our package and as we are usually out cycling did not get a chance to enjoy that. I did not feel that this hotel was particularly friendly to cyclists. Might be biased bc we got free bidons at the previous one 😂.

Fantastic experience! They offer different room choices and many additions to make great surprises for your partner! Room with hydromassage tub and shower highly recommended. I will definitely return. Excellent and very varied breakfast.

Room rather small but very clean and comfortable. You have a choice of pillows for the night. Very large TV compared to the environment, however appreciated. The room was equipped with a minibar. The touch of class is definitely the breakfast. Excellent buffet with refined products for both sweet and savory. Convenient parking at the entrance. They have a spa service but we did not use it

We stayed for one night at this hotel. We had a great time. Comfort room, very nice, spacious, recently renovated, attention to detail despite being their basic room. Coffee machine with pods and herbal teas, very comfortable mattress, wardrobe with internal LED lighting, safe, very large TV. The bathroom was very nice and bright. The best was the breakfast. Exceptional. An incredible assortment of options and everything very good. There are also options with express cuisine. Roman, at the reception, was very helpful and gave us excellent advice. Finally, the free parking was very convenient. We did not use the SPA, so we cannot give opinions on it. If we return to Bormio we will certainly take this Hotel into consideration and recommend it without hesitation. Thanks again for the welcome.

Friendly staff, buffet breakfast with some dishes like omelettes and pancakes freshly prepared by the chef, very good! beautiful and modern rooms, super services including the spa with hydromassage in the indoor and outdoor pool overlooking the mountains. I would go back💪
