The entire stay was a success. The reception staff were always very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good and the lady even brought our coffee every day just the same way we ordered it from the first day; that’s what I call attention to detail. The bike garage was perfect. 700 meters away from the start to the Stelvio climb ✨

The most perfect hotel. Classic ski chalet with gorgeous mountain decor.

Hotel has elevators for luggage which was appreciated. Excellent staff, superb venue, perfect location, close to Celso ski shop, close to great restaurants - great location for the mountain and the nightlife. Simply the most sparklingly clean hotel, warm welcome every time and the breakfast was next level. We loved Paula and Rafaela - they were efficient, extra attentive & extremely patient with customers ;)
We will be back again- Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay. X

Wonderful stay at this charming family run Hotel. Great characteristics, very clean, nice view, Plenty to choose at Breakfast. Close to many great restaurants and the lovely old town. Short walk to the ski lifts. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It’s the favourite place to stay in Bormio for my family. Perfect location, cosy well decorated rooms, tasty breakfast and lovely people - its owners. I also like the way they decorated the lounge - fine personal touch with photos, books and artefacts.
The only thing that can and should be improved is the speed of the feedback when you make booking via mail. It took me days and even weeks to get an answer from the secretary. Besides, I am not quite happy to be addressed as “dear sir”. It’s the negligence to details that made that correspondence the experience that I disliked.

Nice but old hotel in the old town. Small rooms. Some rooms have a view directly to the building adjacent looking into a brick wall. Breakfast was somewhat poor and served with no smile at all.

A worn-out hotel with small rooms and old interior. However, it is centrally located relative to the old town. There is private parking just across from the hotel. Some rooms have a view of the neighboring building, which is not very attractive. There is a lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast is very limited, and the service related to it is marked by some grumpy waitstaff. The service at the reception was fine.

Very nice. Seemed to be a family owned business. Everyone spoke broken English and were happy to help. Nice walk into the small town.

Lovely characterful family hotel, very helpful local owners with tremendous local knowledge (family of mountain guides and photographers), great location in old part of town near the best restaurants (which they booked for us) and just a walk away from the bubble. Very clean and well maintained. Even neatly rolled up our phone chargers! And located and sent on a mobile phone left up the mountain. Been in many ski resorts, but found Bormio exceptional for skiing and cuisine.
