Nice and comfortable

Great hotel in very convenient central location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good clean room with comfortable temperature (air condition works good). Breakfast is good enough to get going in the morning (excellent scramble eggs and selection of deserts).

Great place but long stone stairway to enter building. The staff helped with baggage. There was a chair lift in place but wasn’t offered

Hotel is located in a side street, a short walk from Largo Formentone, it looks unsafe so we exercised caution. Once inside, we like the modern & clean layout of hotel interior, breakfast was very good & efficient with yummy home made cakes, and good coffee - the team happily catered for my lactose intolerance in the process. We did not like the stuffy interior, especially in the lift which moves very slowly, it would be quicker to walk up / down using stairs.

A gem of a hotel situated in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable room, good A/C, delicious breakfast and delightful hosts Matteo and Lidia.

Peaceful and stylish hotel in the pedestrian area of Brescia. Really chilled welcoming staff who were so helpful. We loved our room, it was calm, relaxing and had a great view of the dome. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, great pillows and a modern stylish bathroom. Best hotel on our trip and we stayed in 4.

Very good small hotell in the centre
The personnel was extremely helpful with everything from luggage, sightseeing to recommendations for dinner. We followed all tips and were extremely satisfied. Nice location, good breakfast and newly renovated rooms added more positives to the experience!

Very convenient location in the heart of the city center and walking distance to the plaza as and the Castello.
Staff is very friendly and the hotel is super charming.

We (2 people) stayed at the Locanda Delle Mercanzie Brescia hotel from April 13 to 16, 2025. Room - No. 31. The price was 37,021.68 rubles with breakfast (350.25 €) for a 3-bed room. Booked through Trip.com. Payment in rubles.
The hotel is amazing. Above all praise! In the city center. It was very convenient for us. We walked around the city. We walked from the train station in fifteen minutes. The hotel is quiet, our windows overlooked the courtyard. But the street was still not noisy. Very cozy, spacious room, decorated in soft warm colors, beautiful design. There was everything you need in the room, and even slippers, and a robe, lots of toiletries.
In the morning there was a very tasty breakfast downstairs. We really liked it. There is a bar open on weekdays. There is a terrace at the top of the hotel with a beautiful view of the city.
Very friendly, welcoming staff at the hotel, any of our questions were immediately resolved, my husband noticed olive oil in the bar and the girl immediately gave it to us... incredible.
We recommend only this hotel in Brescia to everyone. The most pleasant memories will remain from this city and this wonderful hotel. The rating for the hotel and the staff is 10 points!!! I RECOMMEND both the hotel and Brescia!
