Lovely entrance way on a quiet tree lined street. Welcomed by the manager, it was no problem to put our bikes in the internal courtyard. We were even brought a glass of water at reception. Room and bathroom were spacious. Manager supplied us with a kettle when I hadn’t realised our room didn’t come with one. But it was no problem. There’s a handy supermarket about 400m away. About 20mins walk to centre. No mattress protector or duvet covers which we found not very nice.

Hotel halfway between a relais and a bb as commented by other visitors. Our room was more similar to a bb, furnished in a basic way. The room only provided two small bottles of shower gel and two bars of soap. New bathroom but unfortunately very cold: the towel warmer, heating element of the bathroom, did not work. Problems also in the room where we had to turn off the air conditioning during the night because it was too noisy. Being an attic room it cooled down very quickly. Overall unfortunately for us it was not a positive experience. We hope however that it is a problem limited to our room only.

The hotel is located in a rather quiet and convenient area being 10 minutes walk from the station ... A rather ancient and old structure .. I did not like it at all .. I would say rather lucrube .. from the photos it seemed better .. but! for 2 nights it can go. The room is quite large, the bathroom small and uncomfortable having almost nothing to put on .. The entire structure would need an immediate renovation .. Not even very clean in my opinion .. The room for breakfast is really small .. only 5 tables, narrow .. On the other hand I must say the staff is very helpful and super kind ... To return? .. NO ...

Hotel a few meters from the historic center, well furnished functional and above all clean. Inside a historic building, very friendly reception ready to satisfy any requests. The only flaw is the lack of an elevator like every hotel located in a historic building.

Historic building located in a very quiet area of the city of Brescia transformed into a welcoming and elegant structure. Also reachable on foot in a few minutes from the train station. Courteous staff. Large, clean and functional rooms. Brand new and very comfortable mattress. Varied and quality breakfast. Refined and exclusive context... you can breathe a glorious past for those who have lived inside the rooms of this building and a present that knows how to recognize and appreciate the opportunities. Recommended.

There is a free public car park near the hotel and the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the centre. It is an old stately building and the rooms are spread over 3 floors without a lift, they are very large with high ceilings (those on the third floor are attic rooms) and a kitchenette, with fridge, microwave. The TV is in the living room but you can only watch Rai4. The renovated bathroom is very large with a glass shower. The breakfast buffet ranges from savoury to sweet, unfortunately it is in a room that is a bit small and if there are more than 4 people you cannot move (given the large spaces of the rest of the hotel it is a bit cramped). Friendly staff. Honest prices.

The hotel, in a well-renovated period building, is quite close to the center, you can get there with a 15/20 minute walk in Piazza della Loggia. We took two Junior suite deluxe: a mini-apartment with equipped kitchen area, a living area and a double bedroom with very nice en-suite bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness and extra pillows to choose from in the wardrobe. Warm and professional welcome. Parking space in the closed courtyard with gate a short distance away. Honest breakfast with fresh and packaged products, in a small well-kept room. Excellent quality of sleep. I will gladly return.

This hotel is really worth it! Let's start with the structure: very elegant and unique, with many vintage pieces that create a magical and dreamlike atmosphere (from the Vespa to the pinball machine). The rooms are very well-kept, ours was on the top floor and seemed like a mini apartment, everything very clean and well-kept. The hotel also offers a small spa service, with a massage room and fitness area; we took advantage of the breakfast, which is perhaps simple, but still allows you to vary between sweet and savory. The staff is very kind and courteous. The location is also convenient, being about 1km from both the center and the station. Honestly a nice discovery

We only stayed for one night but had a perfect stay.
Valerio, the host, is very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful as was our room. We actually had a much bigger room than expected with a small livingroom including a kitchen.
It was very calm since the hotel is situated in a smaller street. You walk approximatively 10
minutes to the old town/city center and the nearest free parking place is 5 minutes away.
In conclusion, I can only highly recommend this place !

Total rip-off. Even tough we had a reservation through Booking for € 220 for 2 rooms and 2 nights the owner claimed €240 per from per night. Very aggressive when we did not want to pay. "we are not Booking but a private company" he said. Be aware!!
