Thanks to this place for putting myself and my father into a very stressful position of not having anywhere to stay for the weekend. My father is not the most well person either and was getting very upset. It was quite clear from this places communication that they cancelled our room and were reselling it at a higher price due to it being the GP weekend. Greedy and undignified comes to mind although I could use many more terms. I heard similar stories of this happening to other people that travelled over to Milan, hotels getting cancelled last minute and leaving them with no where to stay. The management should be ashamed of themselves, it’s certainly left a poor taste in my mind of staying in Milan again. Disgraceful.
