This hostel is terrible. The shower water wasn't even hot, and it felt unsafe because the door lock was broken. The owner charged me €12.6 for city tax, which is the rate for 4-star hotels, but this hostel is very shabby and doesn't deserve it. I'm writing to the city to report this overcharging.

I come from this mail to say that I’ve spent money and time with two of the hotel of maybe you’re chain or not, but with different name, central hotel Milano, y Il giramondo. Where I’ve made an emergency booking one after another ‘cause I’ve lost a flight and I had to get another one in Milano the morning before so I called central hotel milano where I requested the first booking (confirmed) and they said they couldn’t check in us after 10pm. I had and argument with them as with eDreams (the hotel search) then I booked Il giramondo meanwhile cause I didn’t had time to solve one problem and be on the streets, and when I called to Il giramondo hotel, Giuseppe, the same receptionist of central hotel Milano answered the call saying the same thing, that they’re one hotel and they couldn’t checking us after 10pm once they both accepted the reservation.

Find bed bugs in room me and my freind got sick.I prefer buy little expensive that will give you piece of mind.

Honestly, the worst hostel staff I have ever seen in my life. Been to many places, but never saw a single admin during a check-in that treats you very badly. The rest with hostel was fine.

Central Hostal Milano was the 8th hostel I stayed at during my 24-day Europe tour. While it offered a quiet and comfortable stay overall, the check-in process was unnecessarily inconvenient. After walking 15 minutes from Milano Centrale Station with heavy luggage, I was goven keys and was told I had to go to different location to find the room—another 10 minutes back toward the station. In total, I spent about 25 minutes walking just to finally reach the hostel, which was frustrating and poorly communicated.
The building does have an elevator, which was a relief with luggage. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm room on a floor that had only one combined bathroom and toilet for all guests.
Despite the rocky start, the hostel itself was nice, quiet, and convenient, especially for a short stay. There are several cafes nearby, making it easy to grab breakfast or a coffee. Check-out was simple and hassle-free—they just asked me to leave the keys on the bed

Impression weak. If someone dreams about intimacy during the trip, there is, unfortunately, won't have a chance. The administrator in front of the rooms, the current most of the day, constantly ringing telephone and the sounds from the apartments above... we were in several places and trafialiśmy much better for a similar price. The hostel needs to be "family", lucky children, however, are not took.

Very good for the price. Quiet, clean, close to the central station (about 10 min) and 2 metro lines (4 min). Very fast WiFi. Extremely friendly staff.
