Windows doesn't open and there's no Ac or air changer , toilet sea are to high and no fans to change the air inside

Simple room set up.

Good for travellers, small but clean and employees are friendly and available for everything. parking is inside and free. Breakfast is quite big and cost only 7 Euros

all ok with hotel parking free just little bit far from center also if Macerata is a small city good breakfast with cold and hot food plus nice quality of fruit the room is little bit small but all cleaned , the bathroom is in good condition but also small

This hotel is in desperate need of some refreshing. While the beds and shower were clean everything is so old and dingy that it feels gross.

However the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. I could see they were fielding many issues and responding as quickly and professionally as they could. They are the bright spot in this hotel.

Nice little hotel on the outskirts of Macerata old town. Stayed there over Christmas to visit relatives in the area, and the holiday staff were pleasant and attentive. Limited dining in the hotel but many restaurants within a few minutes walk and free car parking. Will stay there again.

The hotel's front desk staff are very friendly, can communicate fluently in English, and are eager to provide assistance. There is also a 24-hour bar. However, it is a little far from the city.

Awesome breakfast buffet and good staffs. Modern looking and has a chill spot right outside.

I had reserved twin room for 1month due to some personal problem i had canceled by trip before 2 days...as per hotel terms and conditions if i cancel before 2days “I will be refunded what ever the money has taken by them” 20days had completed till now I dnt get my money back.

I called them many times they will say my owner will to refund the money please wait.

You should not do like this.
