A special welcome awaits you in this family-run establishment run by Mariella and her husband. Everything is designed to ensure maximum comfort and make guests feel at home. The beautiful garden nestled in the Umbrian countryside offers an enchanting view of Assisi. The cleanliness is impeccable, both in the rooms and in the kitchen, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with homemade biscuits and exquisite jams. There's even a charging station for electric cars. It truly has it all! We'll be back!

We spent a weekend with friends. Mariella gave us a wonderful welcome with her homemade desserts. We felt like family. Her kindness and friendliness made our stay even more special. Definitely worth repeating.

We stayed at this B&B for 10 days, nestled in the Umbrian countryside, and it was an experience we will cherish forever. The property is surrounded by nature and rejuvenating silence, overlooking the Assisi valley and the beautiful dome of Santa Maria degli Angeli in the distance. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare warmth, friendliness, and kindness by Mariella and Ezio: delightful, smiling people, eager to make guests feel at home. Their hospitality is genuine, never forced, and exudes a family warmth that truly makes the difference. The rooms are well-kept, tidy, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. The property is perfect for exploring the various towns and villages. P.S. A special thanks to Mariella so far. We will definitely be back!

Strategically located between Santa Maria degli Angeli and Bastia Umbra, all nearby attractions are within easy reach: Assisi, Perugia, Rasiglia, Spello, the Marmore Falls, and any other place of personal interest.
The owners are very friendly and courteous, and Mrs. Mariella is an excellent host. The garden, the property (with a beautiful view of Assisi), and the room were all clean, fragrant, and welcoming (it was a pleasure to return to a clean, fragrant room in the evening after a day spent exploring the surrounding area).
My husband, my daughter, our poodle puppy, and I were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. Upon arrival, we found delicious treats prepared by Mrs. Mariella in our room. She also gave us valuable advice on how to get around the places we'd indicated and how to optimize our time.

Mariella, thank you for being such a wonderful host! We called Mariella a few hours before arrival to let her know when we would arrive. Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. Our room was exactly how it looked in the photos, with wonderful views, clean bed sheets, clean towels, air conditioning and a big closet. Mariella was very kind and friendly, giving us suggestions on what landmarks to visit in the area, and also suggestions on our following days in other cities! If you are planning on visiting Assisi or Perugia, we would recommend staying in the peaceful, quiet, and breathtaking little Italian town (for a true, authentic, Italian experience) with Mariella!

Gentilezza e tatto della signora Mariella nell'apprendere che il nostro viaggio era per assolvere ad una triste incombenza. Pulizia, tranquillità, dolcetti, parcheggio interno, calduccio, cucinotto a disposizione, vista su Assisi ad un tiro di schioppo, vista sul cupolone di Santa Maria degli Angeli a portata di mano.

We stayed for a short time in this beautiful place surrounded by greenery and countryside, very close to Assisi and other places. The welcome and hospitality of the owners is excellent. Very clean rooms with daily service. The sweets offered by Mrs. Maria for breakfast were exquisite.

Very welcoming structure with ample parking and bright, clean and tidy rooms. Mrs. Mariella and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and pampered us by offering us delicious homemade sweets. We immediately entered a very familiar atmosphere that allowed us to spend 2 peaceful and quiet days in a place surrounded by greenery, not far from Assisi and Perugia.
