The location is great. The Urbino express train stop is just in front of the hotel as well as the palace and the Cathedral. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

It's a nice, small hotel in the center of Urbino. Access by car is rather difficult, as there are no parking facilities. The hotel should include the elevator costs from the parking garage to the street.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel – close to the sites and many restaurants. The hotel personnel were helpful and friendly. The room was modern and kept very clean. The breakfast room was modest in size and sometimes a bit hectic, but the breakfasts were very good.

I don’t disagree that the hotel could use a refresh but that being said, I found my room very clean. The location is great, just inside the walls and for 10€/day could stay parked right in front. We stayed in the newer part of this hotel, which looked great. For some reason, at our arrival, there was no staff member at the front desk. We ended up searching for someone. The breakfast in the old-fashioned dining hall tasted a bit stale.

Dated hotel, however they are building a new wing, the rooms of the old one, at least mine was rather run down and without due maintenance. Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. This is simply the most beautiful, romantic and brilliant venue ever! I had the privilege of being invited to conduct a wedding here last weekend. Attracted by the several positive reviews I decided to have lunch in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant on the first floor is very nice and the staff are kind and helpful. The recent stay, the bathroom needed quite a bit of attention. the toilet seat broken, hot water nearly absent and functioning only when pressure reduced. Excellent old style Italian hotel right in the middle of the medieval centre of Gubbio. Parking is an adventure, but once that is sorted you can enjoy Gubbio at you doorstep. The rooms are dates and so is the hotel, but it has character, great friendly staff and perfect location to everything you need for a few days stay.

Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast

I think that the children of the owner are helpful and kind people the only problem I had was the TV that didn't work ..... A wonderful, quiet and interesting place. We rented a cottage for 4 days and we are very pleased. Very friendly service and calm guests. An additional advantage is the swimming pool located within the resort. Very close to the sea and very good prices. I recommend this resort with a clear conscience

Perfect for a great little campsite to visit misano World Circuit. Literally within walking distance to the track. Toilets and washing facilities and a corner shop across the road. Great little walk to the town/beach too.
