Location: in the heart of Alba, close to the shopping district and best restaurants, 47 km from Cuneo Levaldigi Airport.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
Just 95 rooms.

We rented this apartment because we relied on reviews, and good rating, but somehow it turned out much worse than we expected:
1. Place did not have any hand soap, and when we asked receptionists about it - they offered us to use shampoo!
2. Thermostat was locked on +19C, which was pretty cold, as outside it was around +5C.
3. When we booked it - we were promised a parking for extra fee, but there was no parking available, and we had to drive around and use paid parking which was pretty far from the building.
4. We had a corner room on the last floor and wifi was not working in the bedroom at all.
5. And as a bonus: place does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage and get a highest floor - this may turn into a free workout for you, however there was no Gym announced in the description

Air conditioning does not function (false advertising) and you are not able to check in or leave baggage before 3pm. Travelers beware, there are no reminders/warnings or flexibility for slightly early arrivals…

Great apartment hotel, we liked it. Wonderful service, great location, comfortable and extremely clean. Very good value per money. Definitely we will go here more times.

The room was nice and clean.
However, it had several problems. The reception is available only 5 hours a day and helps pretty much only with check in. The room had a strong smell of vinegar and they couldn't do anything about it. When we asked for help in recommendations and reservation, they sent us to the tourist info center. No option of storing the luggages after checking out.
The AC is very weak, could be problematic in a hot day.
Plus, the room was on the second floor with no elevator.

With kitchen and big bedroom, it is good to cook by myself with local ingredient in Alba. Truffle, fungi polchini, etc, there are so many ingredients you can buy!

If you are looking for airB&B, it is good. But you regards here as the hotel, it is hard to survive.
The facility looks modern but the heater doesn’t work and the staff is friendly but only stay 15:00-19:00. If you are well known the area and stay like a home, it is acceptable
