A beautiful property in an amazing location…lots of ways to enjoy the view…great room with a view and property amenities
Good to be alive Beautiful location couldn’t be better superb setting lovely staff been going there for 40 years so that says it all highly recommended. Thank you.
The hotel was generally quite nice, not sure about 5 stars nice, but it had a lovely overlook of the lake. The serve at breakfast and meals was fantastic and the food even for a large group event was very good. They were great about accommodating gluten free options and other allergies/food preferences which is very appreciated. The front desk experience was very strange and at both check in and checkout...
We have stayed at this Hotel a few times & is very comfortable. Various rooms to choose from depending on your budget. A lot of up dates have taken place, adding a beach area. In the center of town where numerous restaurants are available but do a search to find the right ones.
Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location. Lovely room and staff. The only complaint was climate control in the room really wasn't working to cool it down. It was too hot for us. I ended up opening the balcony door to the much cooler outside air. The room cooled down quickly. I wish that I had done it hours before because we would've slept much better. But other than that, this hotel is just lovely and I...

Great views. Menu has only 4-5 options but good. Decent price.
It is a very nice place with a very welcoming staff.
This hotel was built for the 2006 olympics as the athletes village, it’s very basic accommodation at a low price. Could do with some renovations as some areas are looking a bit tired, but provided everything we needed. All rooms have a mountain facing balcony which was lovely and you really cannot beat the location,
Me and 6 of my friends had very good time in this hotel. Its good value for money, right next to the ski pass Booth and elevators. The staff was great in understanding our needs when we needed them and even gave us more than we asked for. I would like to personally thank Christianna for great service. Thank you from all of us group!
Struttura incredibile.

We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.
Great location, staff and cleanliness!
Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.
Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.
Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.
Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel maybe 4, went for the kids club for our 7 yr old it was a joke, a bunch of kids crammed into a tinny room. Our room was very nice and large but It was so hot and only 1 small window opened we complained all 5 days and they did nothing. Staff not helpful at all

Regina palace is one of the best hotels we have had stayed over the years we visited Italy. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were professional and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with lots of natural light. For us, we had the interior garden and pool view, pleasant to see the mountains when open the windows. Gorgeous belle-époque bar and game room, with classical music...
This was a beautiful highlight of our trip, a moment in time where I was able to treat my family by taking them to a lakeside palace, Regina Palace Hotel ❤️ This was the crown jewel amongst a beautiful necklace of luxury. From the moment we got off the train, and entered the hotel we knew we had finally arrived to our sanctuary. From hospitable locals, classic cocktails, boat tours and cozy scenic...
On arrival there was a guest complaining about the housekeeping service. We were initially concerned that we had chosen the wrong hotel. Absolutely not - it was fantastic. Location very close to everything that you would want. Our room was a little small but luxurious. Old fashioned but in a good way. Outdoor pool was lovely and pretty quiet. The indoor pool and spa was quiet after 5pm. We didn’t eat...
Amazing hotel in Stresa on shore of Lake Maggiore. Just cross the road and you are at the lakeside. The hotel is magnificent inside with stained and painted glass covers to the entrance, chandeliers in the lobby are amazing and smaller versions are in the bedrooms. Some rooms are a little small but never the less are good with plenty of wardrobe space, and all have room safes. Food is excellent even...
The hotel is a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5. It is exceptional in many ways. There are few luxury hotels like it and with a great location.
I can't give full score since I had one of the small single rooms towards the back. My company was at the front with balcony and lake view and said they were in heaven. Everywhere is beautifully maintained and comfortable though. The reception is very welcoming and friendly. Wifi is good.

Good location, walking distance to the city centre. Easy to find and access, with a private parking connected through elevator directly to the reception area. The staff at the reception and breakfast launch were very polite. We had a good breakfast, in a quiet and nice environment. All very clean. The Junior Suite had a good price, with good bath products and cold water bottles offered by the hotel
6/5 (rating 6 put of 5) Clean room/bathroom and cosy bed. Great postion-from your bed you can see the statue of Giuseppe Garibaldi at Piazza ,named after him, and trainstation is near but you can't hear train's noise. Rooms spacious and nice but definitely not 4*. Location noisy and unpleasant. Service was great, kind and helpful staff but huge problem at the breakfast. Inadequate number of tables available and understaffed, so even with best efforts and attempts to assist guests, we had to wait for table to be prepared, for plates, for coffee. Additionally poor choice and quantity offered for buffet. Big plus...
Good hotel good value close to train station and free parking
Overall Mixed feelings about the hotel: the room itself was quite nice... Pretty big and decently decorated. However, the bathroom had a few issues. There was no working ventilation (and no windows). A string which I suppose originally was used to start the ventilation seemed to not do anything anymore... Means that the ventilation was probably broken. Perfect location in the centre of town. Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub...
Perfect location, amazing blend of historic luxury and new tech amenities. The service was professional, friendly and top notch. They helped us with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious. A truly wonderful hotel. The location is great, close to the train station, in walking distance to any of the museums, to the river and to many great restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Sitea. The reception was warm and friendly, and we appreciated the offer to upgrade our room for a small additional cost – a nice touch. Hotel with huge rooms, very clean and staff always nice and available. Vintage decoration. I just point out 2 things in a negative way. Breakfast: poor variety, no bread and no fruit during my stay. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel, it has a wonderful breakfast and makes you feel like you are in a good place.
Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.
Amazing! We will definitely come back.
The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable.
Rooms and staff are amazing. The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review.

The hotel is kitsch to the max, which I loved. Kitsch rooms, kitsch bar, and wonderfully kitsch Egyptian themed spa. Key weakness is the quality of the food at dinner. The buffet style offering was inconsistent: eg. a tasteless salmon dish but some reasonable pasta dishes for prima plate. Deserts were really good and with a range of options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Boot room far too crowded each morning but did offer lockers. Ski in ski out OK.
I can’t praise this hotel enough. Rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and had so much choice! My only negative point was having to queue for the hot drinks machine in the morning but it was only an extra 5 mins max per day, we just aren’t used to it!
The location is excellent for skiing. It is possible to ski right to the front door and it is a short walk up in front of the hotel before you are able to put skis on and get down to the lifts. Nice location at top of Gondola. Good outside seating. Food not great, much better on other side of Bardonecchia. Toilets dirty.
Un séjour agréable dans un super hôtel personnel au petit soins, on a pu avoir un sandwich malgré une arrivée tardive à 23h. Cependant la route pour monter à l'hôtel est dure en hiver. Je recommande d'aller y séjourner.

Nice views. Could use some renovations Check in and staff (cleaning and breakfast) were professional l. Excellent breakfast. Distinctly above average. The view of the lake was outstanding. Huge wine selection but we choose 3 wines all not available with a justification " end of the season" that at the end of january is not good, especially for a 4* hotel But other than that a very good experience and I recommend it
great hotel and friendly people
Decent enough, ok food, ok rooms. Has a feel as if it was built in 2006 for the Olympics and hasn't seen any renovation since. Still, good price and you don't really spend that much time inside.
Nice hotel and the room was spacious. The spa was a welcomed treat after a day on the slopes
