Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. The rooms were quite large, and the hotel was beautiful, but the service was just so-so, and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory! The front desk staff were always cold and unfriendly; I don't know if Italians are just naturally unfriendly or if their training was inadequate.

Wow! This hotel experience was one of the best ever. The staff, particularly the reception clerk and the butler for the suites property, were beyond attentive, helpful, and supportive. The room was incredible, but the service was over the top!

Great and beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect except my room: it was too hot and no matter how hard I tried I could not turn down the temperature. The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes. Stopped here at the beginning of our holiday in February. Really good location, about 10 mins walk from the main train station. And lots of restaurants and mini markets near by. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with local advice. Good range of food for breakfast including Gluten Free options. Then a good base to explore the central shopping area and palace.

This hotel is located in Lingotto, a once industrial sector of the city. There are plaques that tell the history of the buildings and area. The metro is inexpensive clean and safe joyous can easily get to the tourist sector. The train is not as easy even though you can see the Lingotto train station from the hotel.
