Great hotel in central Torino. The room was comfortable but I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so had to open a window. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Room was very clean, updated and bed was comfortable. Hotel itself has basic services. There are many better places in the area to eat. We just were looking for a clean room to sleep that was in walking distance to the town centre and this was oerfect

It felt similar to a 100-yuan hotel in China. The window opened to a residential complex, which made it feel exactly like being back home. There's a great pizza place just a short walk away, and the breakfast was quite good too.

The room was very comfortable with free water and coffee provided. It was quiet and spacious. The breakfast was delicious especially the pancakes. We didn't book internal parking in time but there was more than enough space to park in front of the hotel.

Nice Big room. The elevator is very small. The fridge is not balanced and there seem to be something broken with the coffey maker. But other than that the staff was very nice and informative and the hotel was Well situated. We had a good stay at the hotel.

Clean suits,easy to find and good transport connection, there is a good WiFi and bar, as well in the room there's coffee/tea and water. It was a bit noisy because of the neighbours and the trams outside. I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast as I had to check out very early. In general I am happy with the experience

Right in the middle of the city. 10-15min drive to outlet. Room was huge with small balcony. You have the option to pay for hotel or park at the street (depends on availability). Breakfast spread was good. 10/10 would recommend.

The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly.

We arrived at the Cloister Hotel on a very hot summer day. And no one at reception even looked at us or greeted us until we made a point of saying we needed to check in. When we eventually got our keys, we found our way to the room, which was down a musty smelling hall, through an old lounge area. The queen bed was two single beds pushed together.

Great location and quality of lodgings - close to the motorway and out-of-town shops but easy to get into Turin if you need to. For me it was an overnight on a road trip, but it was so good I went back. Restaurant is good especially in the evening.

It's a bit cold; the air conditioner isn't working very well. Everything else is fine.

The experience was excellent, with a delicious breakfast! The service was superb; my friend lost his bank card in the bicycle parking area, and a staff member found it and brought it to our room! We were very grateful. The hotel room was clean and quiet. Excellent value for money!

The rooms that we got were very spacious and clean, after a long travel by train we had a nice rest in this hotel, that receptionist are are friendly and helped us storing our baggage and ordering us taxis. It is close to the Train station so it is very convenient, also one of the stops from the Sightseeing tour is in the corner, so you can hop off after your tour.

It was a great hotel, they have all the amenities you can ask for and a fantastic breakfast. However I was not the biggest fan of the location, it was about a 30 min walk to the city centre and at night I felt unsafe at times

I was surprised not to find a single TV channel in English or in French. Very unusual. Otherwise, I liked the hotel very much.

Room was clean but...Toilet seat was very loose so we had to be careful, bidet actually rocked on the floor. The shower head would not stay on the wall as the hook spun around, spraying water around the room, so showers were only hand-held. We assumed housekeeping would have reported these things during cleaning but when we told the front desk on our check-out they were surprised. Hotel was remodeling...

The staff were very attentive and friendly, always trying to help with anything I needed. The rooms were cleaned daily, which made the stay much more comfortable. The location was convenient; being close to the city center and train stations made exploring the city quite easy. My room has several issues, including a water leak on the floor, cold shower, and no soap. When I asked the staff to fix these issues, nothing was taken care of, nor did they even feel a need to apologize for it. The rooms are reasonably sized, but the walls were dirty. Breakfast was not good. The fruit were old and partly rotted. There were no vegetables. There bread was not fresh.

The location is great! The room was pretty nice with the window facing an older cathedral and blue skies. The staff was extremely helpful and proactive. There areas to play pool as well other games and overall the environment is very bright and cheerful! I would love to return again soon!

Nice modern design, clean, functional and good attention to details. We loved it. It's only 15 minutes from Porta Nuova train station and less than 30 minutes walking from the main tourist attractions. I definitely recommend it!

T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not.

very clean and close to transport. half hour walk from the CDB. 2 mins to metro stop. right by the hospital. a little noisy in the mornings and evening because of the traffic. breakfast is included and quite good...but very italian...pastries and coffee. some cereal, meat/cheese and toast stuff too.

Stayed here for more than a week, the staff were brilliant and friendly, hotel location is spot on, lovely view of the lake from my room. All in all it was a good stay for me. Room and bathroom need a little tlc, but thats just being a little picky but everything else was excellent. I would stay here again.

Never book anything on *******. I spent $6000 on my trip and one activity I was denied entrance because ******* never sent a voucher. ******* refuses to refund my $59 even though they never gave me a voucher.

What are charming hotel and great location. We loved the welcome by the staff who were excellent and who looked after us and remembered us all throughout our state and also you have to love all the furniture and antiques placed all around the hotel. Staff was welcoming and we were able to check in prior to 3 pm. Our room didn't have a window and was small, but it did have an AC unit. Breakfast buffet had a range of options. Location, budget price and the Mozart connection were the prime attractions of this hotel as it's about a 10 minute walk to Piazza Castello and five minutes from several outdoor restaurants that were bustling.

It's very clean and convenient to the gym. The service staff will also actively provide help. It is much more convenient than those family hotels and it is also very formal. I am very glad that I made this choice.

The room is very ordinary. The air conditioner is difficult to control. I thought it was broken. There are not many people staying. The front desk staff is obviously a local college student who comes to do internship work. There are strict requirements on the number of people staying.

I booked this hotel because I had no other choice, as my itinerary was not entirely certain.

The bathroom was too small and the shower stand was dangling, which was uncomfortable. There was a parking lot, but it was inconvenient to have to call the lobby and ask them to open the **door when going out and coming in.

I was at this hotel for a week with my wife and son joining me for the last 3 nights over a weekend. The staff have been amazing, very helpful with recommendations, organising taxi's, directions and they have been great with my 1 year old son. There is no dinner service but the local restaurants are a short walk away. The breakfast is pretty good, a small cooked selection but plenty of cold options...

Friendly staff, room was OK, but there were problems with Wifi and the power/lights. Also not very sound proof towards the hallway, so other guests walking and rolling their luggage and even the cleaning staff was very audible in the room.

As a student of EDISU scholarship, this is a decent dormitory to live. The location is good for me and it takes 25 minutes to reach my university by walking. Also, supermarkets like LIDL and Bennet are close by. Only one issue is that some students make a mess in kitchen after cooking and eating. They don’t value the ethics and mannerisms of a shared kitchen. Otherwise everything else is just fine...
