The location is perfect. Breakfast OK. The rooms are good but lack heating. In winter, you need heating everywhere from the reception right up to the bathroom esp in Turin when the daily temperature was 0° or less. However Staff was nice, friendly and helpful

Stayed one night here. Price was cheaper and it's just by the train station so it was okay. The room was comfortable. The staff is nice and smiling. They didn't speak English but we got along somehow. Unfortunately, internet did not work here. They have a wifi but none of my devices could connect to it.

Great hotel in central Torino. The room was comfortable but I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so had to open a window. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

For us, it was very convenient to be near the train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. We did experience too short power outages overnight. The staff spoke English and was very friendly.

It felt similar to a 100-yuan hotel in China. The window opened to a residential complex, which made it feel exactly like being back home. There's a great pizza place just a short walk away, and the breakfast was quite good too.

The room was very comfortable with free water and coffee provided. It was quiet and spacious. The breakfast was delicious especially the pancakes. We didn't book internal parking in time but there was more than enough space to park in front of the hotel.

Nice Big room. The elevator is very small. The fridge is not balanced and there seem to be something broken with the coffey maker. But other than that the staff was very nice and informative and the hotel was Well situated. We had a good stay at the hotel.

Clean suits,easy to find and good transport connection, there is a good WiFi and bar, as well in the room there's coffee/tea and water. The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. Everything you get is in the name… the rooms are super basic, the fact you leave your room key at the front desk is beyond me. There is ZERO security as you come back say your room number and with no identification they hand you the key. Great location in city centre, nice staff, quite a wide range of continental breakfast included, quite & tidy room. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants & café in neighbourhood, supermarket downstairs. Downside: no air con (with ceiling fan), it's ok in June at night. TV only has Italian channels, no English ones.

The rooms that we got were very spacious and clean, after a long travel by train we had a nice rest in this hotel, that receptionist are are friendly and helped us storing our baggage and ordering us taxis. It is close to the Train station so it is very convenient, also one of the stops from the Sightseeing tour is in the corner, so you can hop off after your tour.

My room has several issues, including a water leak on the floor, cold shower, and no soap. When I asked the staff to fix these issues, nothing was taken care of, nor did they even feel a need to apologize for it. The rooms are reasonably sized, but the walls were dirty. Breakfast was not good. The fruit were old and partly rotted. There were no vegetables. There bread was not fresh.

Fab Hotel great location clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Its less than 10 minutes from the train station in one direction and the old town in the other. Theres a continental breakfast with meats cheeses breads rolls fruit cerealand pastries. We found it good value for money and bonus was we got room with a lake veiw.

The personnel was really nice and lovely, the rooms full of stuff you won't usually find on the same range of price hotels (slippers, toilet kit etc.), cleanliness also very good, but everything was ruined by the feeling of having the neighbours inside your room. Friendly staff, room was OK, but there were problems with Wifi and the power/lights. Also not very sound proof towards the hallway, so other guests walking and rolling their luggage and even the cleaning staff was very audible in the room.

As a student of EDISU scholarship, this is a decent dormitory to live. The location is good for me and it takes 25 minutes to reach my university by walking. Also, supermarkets like LIDL and Bennet are close by. Only one issue is that some students make a mess in kitchen after cooking and eating. They don’t value the ethics and mannerisms of a shared kitchen. Otherwise everything else is just fine...
