Great overnight stay
Overnight stop so limited info but very enjoyable and right on the main square of the centro storico.
Only issue we had is that the entrance to the underground parking is very narrow (but we managed).

Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner.
The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for.
Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

Our first time to Cuneo and so pleasantly surprised! The town is lovely, relaxing. This hotel is a bit dated but well maintained. I loved the proximity to everything and and easy walk to the train station. Nice amenities, the linens were

Very nice lunch in the street, via Roma, watching the world go by. Great service, excellent food. The hotel toilets are top quality too!

So far, our experience has been fantastic. The room is lovely with modern conveniences and the dinner we had was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel to future guests.
