The hotel efficiently accommodated our group, providing excellent service throughout. The food was good and the staff were attentive and service minded. There are two pools, one outside and one inside

The only complaint was climate control in the room really wasn't working to cool it down. I ended up opening the balcony door to the much cooler outside air

Walking around the hotel it resembles the interior pictured in movie Titanic. Definitely catering to the bus tours and seniors. Pool and water access to lake a clean and convenient. Prices for food and drink is very high

I wish that I had done it hours before because we would've slept much better. But other than that, this hotel is just lovely and I would certainly stay here again

I found it quite hard to locate the room on the first day, largely due to it's size and poor communication from reception staff. It's size could also double the time it takes to get to the slope's

It's really good and people are going skiing there but I haven't gone so dunno but looks better than a 1 star hostel that ppl were saying it was and IT HAS A CINEMA

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Situated in the centre of Turin just a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas. No noise to be heard from outside and the staff were all attentive and polite.

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms

TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm

I definitely didnt feel welcome when my colleagues and i were asked to move from the bar seating area to the restaurant area, away from local travelers, when we tried to sit together at lunch on our last day

Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more

Gorgeous belle-époque bar and game room, with classical music playing. The spa on the ground floor is a treat, modern and clean. The pool is open during long hours. We will definitely come back!

This was a beautiful highlight of our trip, a moment in time where I was able to treat my family by taking them to a lakeside palace, Regina Palace Hotel ❤️ This was the crown jewel amongst a beautiful necklace of luxury

Regina palace is one of the best hotels we have had stayed over the years we visited Italy. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were professional and attentive

Location very close to everything that you would want. Our room was a little small but luxurious. Old fashioned but in a good way. Outdoor pool was lovely and pretty quiet. The indoor pool and spa was quiet after 5pm

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with lots of natural light. For us, we had the interior garden and pool view, pleasant to see the mountains when open the windows

Perfect hotel! We stayed here for 5 days. Great location, just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the metro station. 2 mins away, there are also tram lines! On the same street, there is a nice cafe

The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely

This is an old style Italian hotel, but the hospitality is old style too. One was outstanding, one was ordinary. Very good outcome for a 7 night stay, we felt. There was typically at least 4 choices for each Course

Handy for touring the region on either local boats, busses, and trains ( train station is a 10min walk) Food/service fantastic, the hotel does cater for coach parties which can make the resteraunt noisey in the evening, they were gone before we made breakfast!

Fantastic place to use as a base to see lake Magguri, on the front handy for lake shuttle boats and busses, road can be busy, we were on the back overlooking the quaint old town which is great, loads of cafes, bars and resteraunts

This hotel is located in a great location, beautiful views of the lake and the staff is outstanding! The trains went on strike the day of our departure and the staff worked for hours to find us alternative transportation

You can book this in advance! When we were leaving and picking up our car, the staff left a note in our car saying they washed our front window screen - it was such a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was amazing

The location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the film museum, which has Cameron's works. The hotel is also very clean. The room is large in Europe.

Hotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes)

Finally, the windows when closed are not sound proofed at all, there was a group of guests sat down by the pool till very late, they was very loud and jumping in the pool

Family friendly, with a nice swimming pool. Underground garage with easy access. Multiple meeting rooms are available and a nice restaurant for dinner. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Torino

Great hotel, especially during Kappa Futur festival. Really nice and fun staff, they have fruit and chips ready for your return, music at the pool in the morning, free shuttle service

Spa (wellness centre) was way overpriced so we went elsewhere…plenty of decent options around. (Use of the wellness centre was an extra €35 and massage treatments started at €120 pp

The location is great, close to the train station, in walking distance to any of the museums, to the river and to many great restaurants. It’s a safe and lively area even at night

My only note would be to improve the cocktails at the bar, but the location is so great you are only two steps away from all the best bars

Plenty of room to store luggage. Large bathroom with great water pressure. Incredible breakfast, lots of variety, and everything was delicious. Although it's not in the city center, it's still within walking distance

Check-in was quick, although I didn't like photocopying the documents at all. The room was large with a huge, comfortable bed; the pillows could be improved, as they were very small and thin

Hotel Concorde is a four star hotel in Arona,N. From our 4th floor room we had a very breathtaking view of the lake all around. The hotel waiters were very nice. Those who had some food allergy were given suitable food

The restaurant is a wonderful (in-door) terrace facing the Lake and the Rocca. Big and super-tasty dishes... Definetively worthy!!

The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes

Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. On a nice day the top floor terrace gives a nice view of Turin (including the mountains). Very much recommend this hotel

In NH Torino Santo Stefano, you can really feel they take pleasure to welcome you and make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is not brand new (but it's clean & well maintained), which brings charm to the place

Prior to us arriving to the hotel, Federica in Guest Relations was very responsive to emails and helped arrange for a taxi service from the airport to the hotel

The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable

The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review

This thermal bath in the centre of the town is well worth a visit. The hotel is in a beautiful art deco style and the water is the top, soft as silk, full of minerals and naturally heated underground

Would definitely stay here again. Nice room overlooking the Piazza. Breakfast and entry to the baths included in our package. Nice robes provided. A little worn but clean and comfortable.

Next to a large commercial area, modeled on motels in the USA, you can park in front of the room. The price of 70€ is competitive but our room was rather gloomy and dated even though everything was in good condition

Located in the remodeled historic car factory "Lingotto", it has special atmosphere, in particular rooms are pretty spacious with very high ceiling, definitely a change from typical hotel rooms

Service was good, room service was also good, not too expensive (the service charge). Location wise is not central, as is on the site of the old Fiat factory

To be honest, I use to sleep in different hotels in Italy, in general they are named hotels, but they have very limited infrastructure of the hotel. This hotels offered me more than my expectations

The Hotel is easily reachable from the motorway. Ample parking adjacent. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff very helpful with every request.

At first, we had a smaller room, really a bit too small to walk in it, and a strange smell, from the AC but the management was quick to offer us an alternative room! This was was more roomy, had a balcony, great view towards the lake and we were very happy! A bit expensive (mainly the breakfast!), but the staff is really helpful and the place is magnificent. There's also a tunnel to go to the neighboring hotel where they have an indoor swimming pool

You can walk to the town center easily in 5 minutes and enjoy all the shopping and restaurants by foot. Baveno is nice and you can take the ferry to many other cities around the lake

Also Stresa is only 10 min by car and it is one of the most beautiful spots on Lago Maggiore
