The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen, quite luxurious

The lady at the front desk told us there were signs informing about the conferences and this should be enough for us to understand it could be noisy!? Then she made the weirdest move, instead of dealing with the complaint in a professional way she crumpled the bill in from of us and said she would deduct the 5% voluntary service fee

However, here comes the criticism. There was a huge garden party taking place on Saturday which was probably the main reason for "moving" us. It would have been appropriate to get that information when checking in

The location with a private beach is perfect and in early September it was almost empty! Service was flawless and we even had an upgrade to a slightly bigger Junior suite with a fantastic lake view

When we checked in at night, they told us there was a bar on the sixth floor where we could get something to eat, but we just went to sleep and didn't go. The breakfast was really great, with a wide variety of options

If there would be 6 stars for a facility it would go to this hotel. Great team that runs the place, Amazing large rooms, italian design in good taste, superb breakfeast included , available parking

The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes

We stayed 2 days in a suite with a splendid view on the Alps. Room was fantastic ! The personnel very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Former factory. Ceilings in the room are 3.5 meters or higher. Upon check-in, I noticed a huge amount of dust. Nice toiletries. Very good breakfast. Free private parking. Friendly staff.

Service was good, room service was also good, not too expensive (the service charge). Location wise is not central, as is on the site of the old Fiat factory

This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right

This hotel is absolutely stunning , everything you would imagine from a 5 star resort , the spa and pool area is incredible , with the sensory caves, jacuzzi beds in the pool, sensory showers etc

The hotel is in prime position for lake access and for strolling into town. Gardens, pool area outside, indoor pool and spa facilities were all excellent and well maintained

The Regina Palace is a hotel from bygone days of classic architecture with huge imposing rooms with lots of style. The service from the staff in all areas was exceptional, friendly and professional

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Situated in the centre of Turin just a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas. No noise to be heard from outside and the staff were all attentive and polite.

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms

TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm

I definitely didnt feel welcome when my colleagues and i were asked to move from the bar seating area to the restaurant area, away from local travelers, when we tried to sit together at lunch on our last day

Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more

Perfect hotel! We stayed here for 5 days. Great location, just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the metro station. 2 mins away, there are also tram lines! On the same street, there is a nice cafe

Had a stay here a few weeks ago on my trip to Turin. The hotel was well situated about a 30 minute walk away from the Piazza and mole. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were well kept

The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely

Our only complaint is the lack of Tea/coffee setup in the room,I mean. Nevertheless we would surely book this hotel again if we are in this region

Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

Great hotel for your stay in Turin. Close to a few tram and bus lines that will take you to town centre within 20mins. Staff is accommodating, modern and good facilities, silent a night, good breakfast. Sure value.

The room is nice, spacious and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is good and varied. The location is out of the way, close to the Polytechnic, but not too far from the center.

Not too bed it is good just stay and breakfast. Average hotel only stay and visit the city

The whole hotel has a vintage and classic feel, but has been maintained superbly. Our room was spotless and was cleaned every day, which was a nice touch. Breakfast had a nice variety of sweet and savoury items

Right in the center. A good pool is available at the neighboring hotel. They have an agreement. The breakfasts are excellent, with a view of Lake Maggiore. The room overlooks the stairs to the courtyard. And it's small.

Handy for touring the region on either local boats, busses, and trains ( train station is a 10min walk) Food/service fantastic, the hotel does cater for coach parties which can make the resteraunt noisey in the evening, they were gone before we made breakfast!

Fantastic place to use as a base to see lake Magguri, on the front handy for lake shuttle boats and busses, road can be busy, we were on the back overlooking the quaint old town which is great, loads of cafes, bars and resteraunts

This hotel is located in a great location, beautiful views of the lake and the staff is outstanding! The trains went on strike the day of our departure and the staff worked for hours to find us alternative transportation

All rooms have a mountain facing balcony which was lovely and you really cannot beat the location,

This hotel was built for the 2006 olympics as the athletes village, it’s very basic accommodation at a low price. Could do with some renovations as some areas are looking a bit tired, but provided everything we needed

It is a very nice place with a very welcoming staff.

The location is only like a 4 minute walk from a ski lift depending on which room your in. Very easy to hear people from other rooms. Feels more like a 3star hotel than 4 aswell

They did give free food (pasta tomato sauce and onions) due to our late checkin which was very nice

Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub and an extractor fan that works for those...

I would gladly stay again at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Turin! We also tried the bistro Carlo and Camillo, ran by the hotel, and would recommend it! The food was very good and the service too

Perfect location, amazing blend of historic luxury and new tech amenities. The service was professional, friendly and top notch. They helped us with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious

Spa (wellness centre) was way overpriced so we went elsewhere…plenty of decent options around. (Use of the wellness centre was an extra €35 and massage treatments started at €120 pp

The only big minus is that the hotel is undergoing renovation work, which is very noisy and starts at 9 am. Therefore, if you like to sleep, then you better look for an alternative

Although if they recommend going to the restaurant opposite - do not go) The hotel does not have parking, but there is an agreement with a garage 5 minutes walk away

Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were just fine. The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.

Finally, the windows when closed are not sound proofed at all, there was a group of guests sat down by the pool till very late, they was very loud and jumping in the pool

I hated the room I paid almost 190 euros for one night! It smells the insects killing spray! The shower was broken! And I the bathroom waste can was not clean and had those ear cleaning thing inside

I will start with a couple of negatives, the settee in the room had 2 largish cigarette burns on one of the seats, when pouring, the water from the kettle would go over the surface

Porta Nuova's new gate is very close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk. There are restaurants and shops downstairs, and many attractions are nearby

It's centrally located, within walking distance of all the sights. There's paid parking near the entrance; it's about 20 euros a day. Inside, the hotel is like a maze; we even got a little lost

Location is 10 min walking from Torino Porta Nuova. Very close to via Roma and touristic area. Everything was perfect. The bathroom is good equipped.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is a block away from the town center it was very quiet but easy to walk everywhere

I was disappointed the restaurant and terrace weren’t open, but that’s just a seasonal thing. I would definitely stay again. And having parking was very helpful

Only negative point in my opinion is non availability of self service guest laundry. All shopping mall, park, city center access is very much possible. Lifts are shaking and toooo much delay

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of fruit, pastries, cereals, cold meats and cheese as well as warm scrambled or boiled eggs and sausages. I had an excellent oat cappuccino also

Hotel Concorde is a four star hotel in Arona,N. From our 4th floor room we had a very breathtaking view of the lake all around. The hotel waiters were very nice. Those who had some food allergy were given suitable food

The restaurant is a wonderful (in-door) terrace facing the Lake and the Rocca. Big and super-tasty dishes... Definetively worthy!!

The breakfast room next to a good selection again overlooks the view. Walking distance to the town centre and to the amazing Restaurant Milano. The rooms are quite and comfortable

From there you can get a ferry to other towns around the lake for a very low price. While we were at the hotel, a particular hi-light was the amazing bar staff

Lakeside garden was very restful and the swimming pool was clean and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The hotel's jetty for the boat services on the lake was very convenient.
