Beautiful facility with amazing views from the balcony of Lago Maggiore and the mountains beyond. Convenient to the ferry stop and local restaurants

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen, quite luxurious

However, here comes the criticism. There was a huge garden party taking place on Saturday which was probably the main reason for "moving" us. It would have been appropriate to get that information when checking in

The location with a private beach is perfect and in early September it was almost empty! Service was flawless and we even had an upgrade to a slightly bigger Junior suite with a fantastic lake view

A nice stay with a disappointing check out. Me and my girlfriend spent the weekend in this hotel. Worth mentioning, this is a conference hotel and probably works best for bigger groups

Even though we were staying at the other side of the hotel we could hear the bass until the party stopped at 2am and my girlfriend didn't get a proper sleep

But is close (walking distance to the metro, that provide easy access to the city centre

We stayed 2 days in a suite with a splendid view on the Alps. Room was fantastic ! The personnel very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Former factory. Ceilings in the room are 3.5 meters or higher. Upon check-in, I noticed a huge amount of dust. Nice toiletries. Very good breakfast. Free private parking. Friendly staff.

Service was good, room service was also good, not too expensive (the service charge). Location wise is not central, as is on the site of the old Fiat factory

This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right

Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants

You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and a beautiful setting

The Regina Palace is a hotel from bygone days of classic architecture with huge imposing rooms with lots of style. The service from the staff in all areas was exceptional, friendly and professional

Perfect hotel! We stayed here for 5 days. Great location, just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the metro station. 2 mins away, there are also tram lines! On the same street, there is a nice cafe

He recommended food delivery apps (as the restaurant & bar had closed and I hadn’t eaten) and checked me in as fast as he could. He even knew my name before I could say it due to how late I was checking in

The hotel was lovely and conveniently located on a lovely picturesque street, the room clean and quiet, and the mini bar was a lovely addition - a lot cheaper than most hotels too

Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing

Stayed here with my 3 siblings for 1 night. We booked a quad room and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite which was so lovely of them. Breakfast was continental style but they made cooked breakfast upon request

Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice

When we finished checking in, the reception desk called a staff member from nowhere to help push the luggage, but the staff member seemed unwilling to help me push the luggage, because he even wanted to push all the suitcases into the elevator where I was and turn around and leave, but he did not succeed because the elevator could not accommodate him

As a result, when we came back in the afternoon, we found that the room was not cleaned, so we had to go to the front desk to ask please help me clean the room

The whole hotel has a vintage and classic feel, but has been maintained superbly. Our room was spotless and was cleaned every day, which was a nice touch. Breakfast had a nice variety of sweet and savoury items

Right in the center. A good pool is available at the neighboring hotel. They have an agreement. The breakfasts are excellent, with a view of Lake Maggiore. The room overlooks the stairs to the courtyard. And it's small.

Handy for touring the region on either local boats, busses, and trains ( train station is a 10min walk) Food/service fantastic, the hotel does cater for coach parties which can make the resteraunt noisey in the evening, they were gone before we made breakfast!

Fantastic place to use as a base to see lake Magguri, on the front handy for lake shuttle boats and busses, road can be busy, we were on the back overlooking the quaint old town which is great, loads of cafes, bars and resteraunts

This hotel is located in a great location, beautiful views of the lake and the staff is outstanding! The trains went on strike the day of our departure and the staff worked for hours to find us alternative transportation

Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub and an extractor fan that works for those...

Spa (wellness centre) was way overpriced so we went elsewhere…plenty of decent options around. (Use of the wellness centre was an extra €35 and massage treatments started at €120 pp

Porta Nuova's new gate is very close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk. There are restaurants and shops downstairs, and many attractions are nearby

Even more cozy and comfortable than in the photos, every corner was thoughtfully decorated. The bedding was clean and soft, and I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. Highly recommended for business trips…

It's centrally located, within walking distance of all the sights. There's paid parking near the entrance; it's about 20 euros a day. Inside, the hotel is like a maze; we even got a little lost

We were here for a wedding and they cheerfully accommodated to the highest order. A standout of this hotel is its staff, who never make you feel awkward or as if you are asking too much

When we checked in at night, they told us there was a bar on the sixth floor where we could get something to eat, but we just went to sleep and didn't go. The breakfast was really great, with a wide variety of options

The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes

The rooms and bathrooms are large and very clean, the staff is extremely kind and obliging, the breakfast has many options for all tastes. Complimentary still water in the room and in the entrance hall

I had other questions for Federica about attractions around the city and Federica was always a pleasure to speak with and very welcoming. Both of our rooms were large in size, comfortable and clean

Impeccable cleaning! Clea pool, no hassle with getting a space. Nice poolbar and serveral areas for sitting 7 reading / having a dring (upper terrace; lower teracce; pool bar area; garden etc)

You shouldn’t miss the connection to the sister hotel and a swim in the indoor pool over there

Just to know on beforehand: there is no direct lake contact from Hotel Simplon then you have to use the sister hotel Grand Hotel Dino (can be reached with the private 200 m underground tunnel between the hotels)

Charming art deco/retro-style hotel in Turin’s city centre. Perfect location for walking to any sightseeing spots. Great breakfast spread and has indoor spa/swimming pool.

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel, the staff, the food; it was all perfect. The view is incredible and it’s a short walk from a lovely little town with amazing restaurants and cafes

The breakfast room next to a good selection again overlooks the view. Walking distance to the town centre and to the amazing Restaurant Milano. The rooms are quite and comfortable

From there you can get a ferry to other towns around the lake for a very low price. While we were at the hotel, a particular hi-light was the amazing bar staff

Hotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes)

Great hotel, especially during Kappa Futur festival. Really nice and fun staff, they have fruit and chips ready for your return, music at the pool in the morning, free shuttle service

Finally, the windows when closed are not sound proofed at all, there was a group of guests sat down by the pool till very late, they was very loud and jumping in the pool

Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were just fine. The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.

Oh and there are also four excellent and modestly priced mountain restaurants /cafes on Jefferau, so no shortage of refreshments and warning fires or all fresco seating if you want it

Superb location half way up the mountain. Nice rooms, small pool/ sauna and ski in ski out. Beware though, that in the evening, unless you have a car, you are trapped into eating in their (expensive) restaurant

The only caution I would give is about the last run down to the bottom gondola Station, this is steep and icy in places, so if there hasn't been much fresh snow for a while, and you don't feel up to the off piste, then much nicer to take the gondola down

This despite the fact that there was only six inches of fresh powder five days ago! To put it simply Jefferau not only has fewer skiers and boarders, but the tree cover and orientation help to keep that snow fresh and soft for longer

Perfect hotel to get to and from the lingotto center the subway and by walking I would just like to thank the entire staff team for their wonderful hospitality throughout my stay right up until the checkout when they helped me find a local optician and told me not to worry about my luggage whilst I quickly went to fix my glasses! I’ve forgotten the lady at the front desks name but I do hope you see...

I reckon it's a decade or more since I decided this was my one/only go-to in Torino; absolutely no regrets there. This past week was a 3-night stay and I can report it was flawless, seamless and totally enjoyable

It's 4 minute's walk to Spezie Metro station, there are bars/cafe and anything else one could want within the same distance; the hotel is very quiet, extremely clean

The room is spacious and clean. However, it needs an update. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb! Very generous and a lot of variety! It is near the conference center.

The metro is inexpensive clean and safe joyous can easily get to the tourist sector. The train is not as easy even though you can see the Lingotto train station from the hotel

Great hotel within a reasonable distance of the town centre. Large clean rooms with comfy bed. Service was good. I didn't eat an evening meal at the hotel but the breakfast was continental self service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is a block away from the town center it was very quiet but easy to walk everywhere

I was disappointed the restaurant and terrace weren’t open, but that’s just a seasonal thing. I would definitely stay again. And having parking was very helpful

Another night, we were told it was closed and we thought, this is supposed to be 4 star, and its all closed before 10:30! Restaurant was lovely for food but again, some nights closed, and you got kicked out early

They advertised a coffee and drinks bar on the ground floor but it wasn't staffed and on one occassion when we did try to ask a staff member, they had run out of draught beer

Gym was not a gym, just a few items crammed into a small room to tick a box, a bit like the coffee and drinks bar - both used to tick a box and say "we provide

The room was nice and comfortable, the service was great. The environment is good and the price-performance ratio is very high. It is the first time for my family and I to come to Italy
