The hotel efficiently accommodated our group, providing excellent service throughout. The food was good and the staff were attentive and service minded. There are two pools, one outside and one inside

The only complaint was climate control in the room really wasn't working to cool it down. I ended up opening the balcony door to the much cooler outside air

Walking around the hotel it resembles the interior pictured in movie Titanic. Definitely catering to the bus tours and seniors. Pool and water access to lake a clean and convenient. Prices for food and drink is very high

I wish that I had done it hours before because we would've slept much better. But other than that, this hotel is just lovely and I would certainly stay here again

It is close to Porta Susa, with convenient transportation. The overall service and configuration are similar to those of the domestic Four Seasons Hotel

This is not the first time in the NH hotel chain, but this is the first time such bad service. The room is cold, the air regulation barely works. The heated towel rail is turned off, there is a dud in the bathroom

Absolutely loved our brief stay here. The room was clean,big in size. Breakfast was a fantastic choice and the scrambled egg is some of the best I've tasted. Good proximity to the places you want to visit

In terms of the facility, I am a little bit picky so I gave it 4 stars. My room was cleaned, cleaning staff are professional. Just some furniture show signs of aging (which is normal) and somehow did not work

The hotel is a 2-3 km walk from the center, parking is possible in the underground garage. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, the selection is good and it is replenished regularly

Lovely hotel, is more for conferences, however still gorgeous, hotel room very big plenty of room, breakfast was stunning especially the scrambled egg, highly recommend 👌

This is not just hotel, this is experience of renovated Fiat factory by architect Renzo Piano. big rooms, full of space and light, very well equipped and stylish decorated with 4-meter height

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you

The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar

The restaurant in the hotel had a wide variety of food for breakfast and the evening meals were delicious and affordable

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Situated in the centre of Turin just a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas. No noise to be heard from outside and the staff were all attentive and polite.

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms

TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm

I definitely didnt feel welcome when my colleagues and i were asked to move from the bar seating area to the restaurant area, away from local travelers, when we tried to sit together at lunch on our last day

Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more

Really nice hotel, air conditioned rooms, clean, and cleaned daily. They will most likely speak your language: english, german, french etc

We had dinner for 2 in this lovely Hotel. The service, food & drink was excellent. We had a table looking over the Lake. Highly recommend

Fantastic place to use as a base to see lake Magguri, on the front handy for lake shuttle boats and busses, road can be busy, we were on the back overlooking the quaint old town which is great, loads of cafes, bars and resteraunts

Get a room with a balcony if you are a smoker 😁 Unfortunately I took one star away because of the shower cabin: it's small for me, I would like to see some of my friends showering 🤣🤣😝

There is a great lakeside promenade which is smooth and flat

Gorgeous belle-époque bar and game room, with classical music playing. The spa on the ground floor is a treat, modern and clean. The pool is open during long hours. We will definitely come back!

Regina palace is one of the best hotels we have had stayed over the years we visited Italy. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were professional and attentive

Location very close to everything that you would want. Our room was a little small but luxurious. Old fashioned but in a good way. Outdoor pool was lovely and pretty quiet. The indoor pool and spa was quiet after 5pm

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with lots of natural light. For us, we had the interior garden and pool view, pleasant to see the mountains when open the windows

Upper floors offer a great view and, if you're lucky, even a small balcony. Rooms are not fully soundproof but still quiet. The restaurant offers a good variety of dishes and the food is very good

Not far of the city center nice location good rooms the most important very helpful staff Matteo ,Giulia and Natalia they r the best very flexible ,welcoming, understanding and hard worker

We were not able to lower the room temperature to less than 23degC, which is still not comfortable for sleeping. The maintenance of the hotel is not very good (loose shower and kettle not working)

Despite these points, the location and the service are good. The hotel is quiet, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good

Rooms (and whole building) are too hot during the cold seasons. Keeping 25degC or more is too hot when outside is less than 20degC

Amazing staff, who are really helpful to tourists. Nice garden to drink cocktails or coffee or even just to relax. With quiet rooms and good location. Would recommend for sure.

You can book this in advance! When we were leaving and picking up our car, the staff left a note in our car saying they washed our front window screen - it was such a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was amazing

The location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the film museum, which has Cameron's works. The hotel is also very clean. The room is large in Europe.

Had a fantastic sleep with the quality of the bed and the AC was helpful for combatting the humidity of Italy. The bathroom also works well and it is clean. Breakfast was varied and has something for everyone

Really a great value for money if you are in Torino. Centrally located, very professional staff with good attention to customers. I left some bags before the check-in and in the evening i found them in my room

This thermal bath in the centre of the town is well worth a visit. The hotel is in a beautiful art deco style and the water is the top, soft as silk, full of minerals and naturally heated underground

Would definitely stay here again. Nice room overlooking the Piazza. Breakfast and entry to the baths included in our package. Nice robes provided. A little worn but clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable

The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review

Environment: It is a cozy and relaxing environment. The overall environment is very good. The breakfast is simple but not casual. There is a beautiful lake and island view across the street

It's located on the waterfront of Lago D'Orta, and Isola San Guilio in an eye shot distance. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful

I fee like this area better than Lake Como in which is less touristy and more quiet and better for relaxation

Great hotel for your stay in Turin. Close to a few tram and bus lines that will take you to town centre within 20mins. Staff is accommodating, modern and good facilities, silent a night, good breakfast. Sure value.

The spa is the true gem of the hotel. You would not expect such a nice indoor pool and spa area in such a small hotel. There are 2 hot tub, 2 steel rooms with different scents, a nice big pool and a great relaxing area

I stayed here for 4 nights in August 2019 and thought it was an excellent value. The pool and spa (steam rooms, sauna, hot tubs, perfumed shower) were spotlessly clean and very well done

This hotel is a nice gem 💎 of pure elegance and style. Decently priced and in a great location...forget about parking though...it's impossible to find any around here, unless you pay for it (1 min walk from the hotel)

At first, we had a smaller room, really a bit too small to walk in it, and a strange smell, from the AC but the management was quick to offer us an alternative room! This was was more roomy, had a balcony, great view towards the lake and we were very happy! The hotel is beautiful, classy, amazing staff, very accommodating, they are paying attention to details and the cleanliness! I can highly recommend...

A bit expensive (mainly the breakfast!), but the staff is really helpful and the place is magnificent. There's also a tunnel to go to the neighboring hotel where they have an indoor swimming pool

You can walk to the town center easily in 5 minutes and enjoy all the shopping and restaurants by foot. Baveno is nice and you can take the ferry to many other cities around the lake

Also Stresa is only 10 min by car and it is one of the most beautiful spots on Lago Maggiore

The yard and pool are great and could be something of an old movie set. The view while standing in the endless pool is great. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming

We saw some old reviews commenting on the state of the hotel, we believe there has been an improvement made, there is still more to do of course but to us that didn't matter, the location and staff made our experience a 5 star one

Location, being right on the Lake front and on the centre of this beautiful town of Belgirate the hotel is well located with stunning views over the Lake. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was superior

The hotel is sitting right across the street from the lake and has phenomenal views - book a room with balcony! Traffic on the road is not a problem and neither is noise. The rooms are comfy and clean

Food was excellent and had so much choice! My only negative point was having to queue for the hot drinks machine in the morning but it was only an extra 5 mins max per day, we just aren’t used to it!

Unfortunately I only had one night and couldn't even have dinner at the hotel due to the crowds. It was the period when the Women's World Cup was taking place so I think it was normal

Superb location half way up the mountain. Nice rooms, small pool/ sauna and ski in ski out. Beware though, that in the evening, unless you have a car, you are trapped into eating in their (expensive) restaurant

Very nice, clean hotel. Fantastic location during all seasons. Breathtaking views. Indoor swimming pool is great too.

The only caution I would give is about the last run down to the bottom gondola Station, this is steep and icy in places, so if there hasn't been much fresh snow for a while, and you don't feel up to the off piste, then much nicer to take the gondola down

This despite the fact that there was only six inches of fresh powder five days ago! To put it simply Jefferau not only has fewer skiers and boarders, but the tree cover and orientation help to keep that snow fresh and soft for longer

Un séjour agréable dans un super hôtel personnel au petit soins, on a pu avoir un sandwich malgré une arrivée tardive à 23h. Cependant la route pour monter à l'hôtel est dure en hiver. Je recommande d'aller y séjourner.

Jefferau is simply a great mountain to visit if you're in or coming to Bairdonnechia. Had two excellent days of solid off piste snowboarding there so far, and planning on more before the holiday is out

It’s about a kilometer to the slope, the ski bus stop is nearby, but we went by car. Everything is great, we hope to return!!!

Theres a continental breakfast with meats cheeses breads rolls fruit cerealand pastries. We found it good value for money and bonus was we got room with a lake veiw

A wonderful stay in the Maremma. Our room was a family room with a small kitchenette attatched. The situation close to the harbour and bridge, and yet within walking distance of a great beach and restaurants was ideal
