A beautiful property in an amazing location…lots of ways to enjoy the view…great room with a view and property amenities
Good to be alive
Beautiful location couldn’t be better superb setting lovely staff been going there for 40 years so that says it all highly recommended. Thank you.
The hotel was generally quite nice, not sure about 5 stars nice, but it had a lovely overlook of the lake. The serve at breakfast and meals was fantastic and the food even for a large group event was very good. They were great about accommodating gluten free options and other allergies/food preferences which is very appreciated. The front desk experience was very strange and at both check in and checkout...
We have stayed at this Hotel a few times & is very comfortable. Various rooms to choose from depending on your budget. A lot of up dates have taken place, adding a beach area. In the center of town where numerous restaurants are available but do a search to find the right ones.
Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location. Lovely room and staff. The only complaint was climate control in the room really wasn't working to cool it down. It was too hot for us. I ended up opening the balcony door to the much cooler outside air. The room cooled down quickly. I wish that I had done it hours before because we would've slept much better. But other than that, this hotel is just lovely and I...

Great views. Menu has only 4-5 options but good. Decent price.
It is a very nice place with a very welcoming staff.
This hotel was built for the 2006 olympics as the athletes village, it’s very basic accommodation at a low price. Could do with some renovations as some areas are looking a bit tired, but provided everything we needed. All rooms have a mountain facing balcony which was lovely and you really cannot beat the location,
Me and 6 of my friends had very good time in this hotel. Its good value for money, right next to the ski pass Booth and elevators.
The staff was great in understanding our needs when we needed them and even gave us more than we asked for.
I would like to personally thank Christianna for great service.
Thank you from all of us group!
Struttura incredibile.

We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too.
The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.
Great location, staff and cleanliness!
Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.
Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.
Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.
Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel maybe 4, went for the kids club for our 7 yr old it was a joke, a bunch of kids crammed into a tinny room. Our room was very nice and large but It was so hot and only 1 small window opened we complained all 5 days and they did nothing. Staff not helpful at all

Regina palace is one of the best hotels we have had stayed over the years we visited Italy. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were professional and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with lots of natural light. For us, we had the interior garden and pool view, pleasant to see the mountains when open the windows. Gorgeous belle-époque bar and game room, with classical music...
This was a beautiful highlight of our trip, a moment in time where I was able to treat my family by taking them to a lakeside palace, Regina Palace Hotel ❤️
This was the crown jewel amongst a beautiful necklace of luxury. From the moment we got off the train, and entered the hotel we knew we had finally arrived to our sanctuary. From hospitable locals, classic cocktails, boat tours and cozy scenic...
On arrival there was a guest complaining about the housekeeping service. We were initially concerned that we had chosen the wrong hotel. Absolutely not - it was fantastic. Location very close to everything that you would want. Our room was a little small but luxurious. Old fashioned but in a good way. Outdoor pool was lovely and pretty quiet. The indoor pool and spa was quiet after 5pm. We didn’t eat...
Amazing hotel in Stresa on shore of Lake Maggiore. Just cross the road and you are at the lakeside. The hotel is a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5. It is exceptional in many ways. There are few luxury hotels like it and with a great location.
I can't give full score since I had one of the small single rooms towards the back. My company was at the front with balcony and lake view and said they were in heaven. Everywhere is beautifully maintained and comfortable though. The reception is very welcoming and friendly. Wifi is good.

Good location, walking distance to the city centre. Easy to find and access, with a private parking connected through elevator directly to the reception area.
The staff at the reception and breakfast launch were very polite. We had a good breakfast, in a quiet and nice environment. All very clean. The Junior Suite had a good price, with good bath products and cold water bottles offered by the hotel
6/5 (rating 6 put of 5)
Clean room/bathroom and cosy bed.
Great postion-from your bed you can see the statue of Giuseppe Garibaldi at Piazza ,named after him, and trainstation is near but you can't hear train's noise.
Easy and energetic breakfast, just enough meal for sightseeing beautiful Novara.

Rooms spacious and nice but definitely not 4*. Location noisy and unpleasant. Service was great, kind and helpful staff but huge problem at the breakfast. Inadequate number of tables available and understaffed, so even with best efforts and attempts to assist guests, we had to wait for table to be prepared, for plates, for coffee. Additionally poor choice and quantity offered for buffet. Big plus...
Good hotel good value close to train station and free parking
Overall Mixed feelings about the hotel: the room itself was quite nice... Pretty big and decently decorated. However, the bathroom had a few issues. There was no working ventilation (and no windows). A string which I suppose originally was used to start the ventilation seemed to not do anything anymore... Means that the ventilation was probably broken. Several lamps were also broken in the bathroom...

Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely. Our only complaint is the lack of Tea/coffee setup in the room,I mean.. a kettle isnt a big ask. Nevertheless we would surely book this hotel again if we are in this region.
Perfect hotel! We stayed here for 5 days. Great location, just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the metro station. 2 mins away, there are also tram lines! I stayed there for three nights! The room was clean, but a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was ideal because it was close to the train and bus station. However, I found the front office team slow and lacking empathy during the evening shift, and the restaurant maitre was harshly reprimanding the young waiters with a loud voice during dinner. Despite these issues, I...
One of the topmost hotels in Torino, a four-star one with a very convenient location, nearly in front of the central railway station, Torino Porta Nuova. The rooms are nice and clean but the breakfast is quite poor. Very weak coffee, low quality pastries, low quality fruit and cheese selection... i expected more form a 4 star hotel

Yes, it was such a wonderful experience! We stayed 4 nights in the beginning of September for our very first visit to Turin. I have just returned from a Blake's tour to lake Maggiore.we stayed at this hotel .
I could not fault it .The staff were brilliant the meals were great, and the rooms were good(the only reason I gave 4stars was we had no view. It is situated on the lake near the ferry and tourist boats
This hotel is located in a great location, beautiful views of the lake and the staff is outstanding! The trains went on strike the day of our departure and the staff worked for hours to find us alternative transportation. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay there!
I stay in this Hotel every time I go to Stresa. Every 2 - 3yrs. Been going for well over 20yrs. Superb Hotel, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Food is superb (5star) staff/service 5 star. Can’t fault it. I’ll certainly be back soon

Good enough service for the price paid.
Hotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.
I hated the room I paid almost 190 euros for one night! It smells the insects killing spray! The shower was broken! And I the bathroom waste can was not clean and had those ear cleaning thing inside
Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The rooms were just fine.
The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.
I will start with a couple of negatives, the settee in the room had 2 largish cigarette burns on one of the seats, when pouring, the water from the kettle would go over the surface. Finally, the windows when closed are not sound proofed at all, there was a group of guests sat down by the pool till very late, they was very loud and jumping in the pool. Called down to reception who went and spoke with...

Perfect location in the centre of town. Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub...
