The hotel is a 2-3 km walk from the center, parking is possible in the underground garage. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, the selection is good and it is replenished regularly. Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. Rooms (and whole building) are too hot during the cold seasons. Keeping 25degC or more is too hot when outside is less than 20degC. It is even hard to sleep. This thermal bath in the centre of the town is well worth a visit. The hotel is in a beautiful art deco style and the water is the top, soft as silk, full of minerals and naturally heated underground. What's not to like?

Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.
