Not a good experience - Not worth our money, that is for sure.

The room was bad, shower curtains disgusting need a replacement. Door cracked, and with moisture at the bottom

All the angle in the room are humid with dust & moisture

The staff is nice, helpful and friendly

Location … it’s 45min walk from downtown, only 1 bus stop close by. Nothing interesting there …

Breakfast was ok.

First and last time there that is for sure, the photos looked way better than it is actually 😅

Spotless room, friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and very happy to offer suggestions. Good location with great public transport links into the centre and ideally situated for the Allianz stadium which was the main purpose of our trip.
The only thing missing was coffee making facilities but with a cafe 10 metres away it wasn't really missed.
Lovely stay, thank you for having us

A clean well kept and well equipped hotel with a comfortable bed, decent sized room, good breakfast and attentive staff. Only real issue was that the Hotel is quite far from the city centre and the transport links were not that wonderful..

Excellent location to the Juventus allianz stadium, my main reason I choose it, Walking distance just 20-25 minutes!

Reception closes at 22pm but Sarah was nice to call me on what's app and send me details exactly and explained to me what I had to do to reach the hotel room,
The breakfast, very limited, few items, and for someone who doesn't take milk, bread and sugar in the morning was very hard, because I had to eat something, and they only offer these things, Also I don't take cow's milk, no vegetarian option was offered.

We stayed for two nights (breakfast included) at this hotel in Turin near the stadium. One of the most disappointing experiences ever. The room was shabby, dirty, with exposed electrical wires and full of damp. The bathroom was forgettable. The heating never worked and the technician never showed up, so we slept with three blankets. Breakfast was meager, with very little available, perhaps a few biscuits. The bed slats were damaged and kept falling down. Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't stay here again and I don't recommend it.

Nice hotel, conveniently located if you're using scooters to get to the city center.
Breakfast has limited choices, but it's fine.
The receptionist was kind and helpful.

The hotel is strategically located in Turin, convenient for both those traveling to the city center and those traveling to the outskirts. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. The property is well-maintained, with parking available and easy parking nearby. Recommended especially for short stays or business trips.

Got off to a bad start, but got back on track!
The stay started off a bit badly because the room, although it was quite large, had a bathroom without lights. Both the main light and the mirror light didn't work. Obviously I immediately notified the staff who were efficient in fixing the problem, offering me the comfort of any customer who stays in a hotel. The staff, damn, were really kind and friendly. Among other things, having given me an upgrade of the room, offering me a bigger one there is only one word to say: exceptional! Unfortunately, however, this hotel would need a bit of an extension in the breakfast department because there isn't a wide choice. For those like me who all in all get by, the problem doesn't arise. For those who obviously like to eat as if it were lunch or dinner, I think they will be a bit hungry. Another thing to know is that there is no elevator so for those who want to keep fit by taking the stairs it is perfect. For those who unfortunately have some structural damage or even physical deficit, either a room on the ground floor is assigned or I think it is not the right place. For the rest then off we go, I will surely start again here in case I have to take another competition. I already have my reference point.

Stayed here twice, both times to watch Juventus, the stadium is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful, continental breakfast included and fresh clean room on both stays.
