Well the hotel is small but its clean and comfortable to stay. Just happened the receptionist that time was something off. Usually the receptionist must to be attentive during the check in and check out. When we check out and say our thank you and goodbye. No response from him same moments the couple were about to check in he warmly greeted them but treated us as if we are a ghost. I hope he has no problem about race and the place where you came from.

Positives are that staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, the hotel is located not far from the piazza castello and main Porto Susa stations (both a bus or tram ride away ). Free breakfast was sufficient.
However, there are many negatives. This is advertised as a 3* hotel but it is definitely not. The room was clean but very tired and in real need of renovation. Some of the workers are hanging off the wall - dangerous! There is NO mirror in the room. Not a dressing mirror or a full length. The only mirror is in the bathroom. The shower cubicle is tiny - you have to crouch and navigate positions just to shower properly! The windows open to a balcony, but this is a big security risk because any of your neighbours can walk onto your balcony and enter your room, if you leave the window open. There should be sufficient barricades between room balconies. The reception closes early so you need to use your key card to enter the building at night. One night a group of people
Couldn’t get in and the emergency number didn’t work so they were stranded outside! The price of this hotel is not worth it at all, I was overcharged despite booklet months ahead.

Charming small hotel. Older building and cool antique elevator, but rooms are nicely updated.

Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors).

An overpriced, shitty little hotel with damp rooms and extremely poor noise isolation Pretty sure there were bedbugs because after staying there for a week I started getting sores all over my skin.

The breakfast was OK and the staff were friendly, but I definitely would NOT recommend.

The hotel was a great value for the price. The rooms seem clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. While it’s not a luxury experience, it provides everything you need for a short stay. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option, it’s definitely worth considering.

Me and my sister stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights. Our experience is so nice. We love our room. The view is amazing. The hotel staffs are nice. They bake their own bread and pastries for breakfast. Super yummy and fresh. Highly recommended! ❤️

Nice reception area, I was greeted by Simone, so helpful and friendly. My ensuite room is upstairs (there is a lift) with a balcony looking out to the back of all the other houses, some may think this was not a good view, I disagree, it was bliss, like I was living there, and not on holiday. The room was spotless, and well laid out, the bathroom was the same with plenty of towels, the vanity unit could probably do with replacement, but it didn't take from the charm. The hotel is a bit out from il Centro, don't let this deter you, as literally, around the corner, you get bus 56 that takes you , among other places, into Piazza Castello, so easy. Breakfast was typically Italian, a beautiful selection of fresh fruit, pastries, there was a self service toaster, also a selection of gluten Free products. The coffee was delicious
