All the staff I encountered, both in reception and the diningroom, were extremely friendly & helpful. I particularly appreciated the reception being staffed 24/7. I'd definitely stay there again.

Their breakfast was a huge dissapointment for instance the fruits served was not fresh. The rooms are very small including the shower. Some of the staff not friendly at all. Overall I wasn't impressed at all especially for a 3 star hotel it was dissapointing.
Terribile soundproofing. The personnel was really nice and lovely, the rooms full of stuff you won't usually find on the same range of price hotels (slippers, toilet kit etc.), cleanliness also very good, but everything was ruined by the feeling of having the neighbours inside your room. In addition to that we found very noisy guests so it was impossible to sleep
Lucky hotel, we spent the night here when we came for the x factor auditions in 2016. Their breakfast is great! They have a gym and a small sauna room too.

Good hotel with adjoining internal car parking... The room is of a good standard and very clean... highly recommend!!!
Clean room, new furniture, only drawback is very hot. Overall, a good compromise between quality and price for a 3 star hotel
Hotel in a strategic position (line 4 for the centre, piazza d'armi a few steps) but very quiet and in a quiet area. This ke is the difference here is the friendliness of the staff. Very available, kind, cute and above all human. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is great and plentiful with lots of variety and fresh fruit. Highly recommend!!!!
Conveniently located on the Tram line N°4 to the city centre but also quite near the olympic stadium and the Pala Alpitour for the concerts. A parking where you can leave your car safely and then walk or use public transport. Rooms modest but clean and with everything you need. Breakfast correct and, to emphasize, a very warm welcome with lots of useful tips.
