booked/payed two rooms, when I came they insisted that I only have one, only after long discussion that they understood.
Room and beds stinks with cigarette smell Room not isolated at all, I woke up with a headache from the cold coming from all the facade. The furniture seems like it had to be changed 5 years ago.

Stayed one night a family run hotel, comfortable stay with continental breakfast which was fine by me, superb location so close to city centre, metro etc all good 👍

Italian family run hotel definitely 3* they don't speak English only Italian,hotel close to metro massaua easy to get into Turin breakfast was find nice.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was ideal, there were cereals, yoghurts, fruit, croissants and various cakes, coffee and juice. We had a drink in the oar and enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly

"It was beautiful!", My children still say, who were enthusiastic about the room and the hotel from day one. We stayed at the Balbo hotel from 9 to 13 August, while visiting Turin and some places in the Val di Susa. The hotel is quite small, family-run, well maintained. The location is very convenient, both for those who need to move out of Turin by car, and for those who want to leave the car at the hotel (which has a convenient parking), to take the subway (near the hotel there is the "Marche" stop. , about 500 meters, and the Massaua stop, about 650 meters).
The area where the hotel is located is quiet and relatively quiet: our room overlooked the street, wanting to keep the windows open at night (we don't like to use the air conditioning), you could only hear a few cars passing by, but a lot of rarely. There are also many small restaurants and pizzerias near the hotel. We had booked a room with four beds, and were given a double room - two adjoining rooms, divided by a small corridor and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. We also had a small fridge in the room which came in handy during our stay! The breakfast was plentiful and the service quick. Excellent brioches and pastry cakes! Very nice managers. The cost of the hotel is in line with those of the same category. We will definitely return when we are in Turin! Highly recommended!

Never had an experience like this.
As soon as I arrived with my mom they gave us the wrong room (double instead of two beds). And oh well, it can happen.
They transfer us to another on the third. On the door is written private. We enter and it is large, with two beds divided by a half wall. For heaven's sake, the room is nice ... but we see a locked door. We wonder where you lead ... we will only find out at 11.00 at night when we hear people arriving (2? 3?) And after half an hour of noises ... So many 'noises of pleasure' that have gone on for more than half an hour (?). Then at 3 am they said goodbye. In the morning again suspicious noises ...
And I want to clarify that they had heard that it was us on the other side of the door!
And do we want to talk about breakfast?
There were three cakes and some croissants. My cake was full of butter but the taste wasn't too bad. My mom's was a bit tough and she didn't finish it. The brioches were stale, they seemed days old.
I have shot a few hotels, I am one who is satisfied, who likes what happened, sleeping in a sleeping bag ...
But in a three-star hotel such a thing is inconceivable!

The area is not that great, some reviews are too strict is a hotel that costs relatively little and then you can't expect a hotel and luxury service
