It was a great hotel, they have all the amenities you can ask for and a fantastic breakfast. However I was not the biggest fan of the location, it was about a 30 min walk to the city centre and at night I felt unsafe at times

I was surprised not to find a single TV channel in English or in French. Very unusual. Otherwise, I liked the hotel very much.

Room was clean but...Toilet seat was very loose so we had to be careful, bidet actually rocked on the floor. The shower head would not stay on the wall as the hook spun around, spraying water around the room, so showers were only hand-held. We assumed housekeeping would have reported these things during cleaning but when we told the front desk on our check-out they were surprised. Hotel was remodeling the front entrance and we asked if our room was old and going to be remodeled (why things were not repaired) but staff said there was no plan to remodel our room.

Ideal for families. Cleanliness in every room of the structure. Welcome coffee. Smiles and availability at the reception. Fresh and abundant breakfast, satisfies all palates. Complete the proximity to the subway and the main services. We will return!

Great hotel, very close to bus and metro stops. Excellent breakfast with sweet and savory foods. Available shampoo / shower gel and body lotion.

I stayed in hotel Plaza during a conference in Lingotto center. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs since it was only 2 metro station away from the conference site and Turin city center.
Everything was always clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful and polite.
I really enjoyed the time spent there.

We were in Turin for a conference in Lingotto. The hotel was everything we asked for - a clean, cozy, well located hotel (metro at the door, 2 stations to Porta Nuova and 2 stations to Lingotto). The best feature of Hotel Plaza is the staff, everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Would come back.
