A really lovely and beautiful hotel (if maybe a bit dated) in art deco style - really beautiful and with a perfect location - a minutes walk from all the main sights. Definitely among the best value for money for hotels I have ever visited.

Really nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast. A very good choice to stay in when visiting Turin.

The hotel is a touch dated. Still charming. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant nextdoor was excellent which also serves as the breakfast hall in mornings. Check in was convoluted.. a bit slow. Perhaps new staff? The big dissatisfaction was that the hotel returned 3 letters i had forwarded. I had emailed the hotel asking if a letter can be delivered. I was told yes we will hold it. On arrival we were told that they have no address and do NOT take mail and all mail had been returned. This involved tickets to a football game that I had that night. It was honestly so poor. To be told to chase up the return to sender or check local post offices because they don't take mail was quite surreal. The hotel has an address and seemingly has been in business 10 plus years. It soured the experience totally with the hotel. The location is great. Decor and accepting mail could do with an upgrade.

Very lovely hotel. Although in centre just few steps to Piazza Castello its very quiet even during the night. Owner of hotel very nice and helpful. Very clean and nice ambience. I highly recomend it!

The big plus of this hotel is the location and the host is very friendly. Unfortunately, our advance reservation for a parking space didn't work out. There is a parking garage a few steps from the hotel, but the costs are much more expensive than in the hotel. We paid 87 EUR for 2 days and 2 nights, which is more than in Zurich ;-) The breakfast is praised in various reviews. For us as "guests from the north" there were too many sweet pastries and not an appealing selection of breads. The fresh fruit and fruit salad were great, but unfortunately the yogurt was only available plain. A small selection of cheese would also have been nice, there were only 4-5 slices of each type. As far as the hotel's facilities are concerned, we agree with the previous reviews.

Hotel Chelsea is a sweet, small hotel. Location was within walking distance to Torino P.N.
Only complaints or concerns are that it is literally on the tram line and it was quite noisy beginning at 0600 until about 2300. Also the beds were not comfortable—very stiff mattresses.
