The location was strange but close to airport. Rooms were clean and perfect! The staff was kind and very helpful!

Shade for breakfast area would be helpful for glare. Bit warm in there.

Hotel clerk was excellent and flawless. I wish everyone was as professional, helpful and pleasant like him. He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores.

My only wish was my hotel was located near the city center where I could walk around. Cabs are not cheap here. Because of the location of my hotel there was no tour pickup available from here.

Unfortunately, the hotel is very remote and only accessible from the city center by bus. The hotel has a nice pool. The room is modern in terms of furnishings, but somewhat dated in appearance. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay.

Good hotel, car required.

There was a fire right outside the hotel. We argued with the hotel manager for 4 hours to accept a refund for us to change hotel but she wouldnt agree.
The smoke got inside the lobby, corridors and rooms but she would still not agree with a refund.
No evacuation was planned either which is insane.

I do not recommend this hotel. It shouldn’t have 4 stars (either they have a pool and a sauna or not). We haven’t had a really nice welcome. Our room floor was dirty, the trash was full, the two things that the stuff (hopefully) changed was the bed sheets and the towels. I really ask myself if the floor that dirty is, if they disinfected and sanitized the room (I don’t think so, that why I did it myself).
That’s about the high cleaning standards from Holiday Inn.
In the Restaurant you can get frozen pizza and carbonara, which taste like water…
The only positive was that the bed is really comfortable.
If you’d like to see Cagliari, you’d better choose an other hotel to stay. From Holiday Inn you need to walk 20 Minutes (in the burning sun) for the first bus stop …
A lot of other guests had problems. As we walked by the reception, we always saw a guest or guests complained.
You’d better book a room somewhere else.

The staff ia friendly and the rooms are as beautiful as they are clean. The only bad thing is the location. You have to take a taxi to go to the city center what costs you 17 € each time. But therefore the hotel itself isn't that expensive
