My only problem is that location was hard to find: the owners were kind and generous.

We stayed here on the evening of July 18th until the morning of the 19th, when we arrived the owner made us find the parking for the car ready, welcomed us warmly and showed us the room, really well furnished, very clean and with all the comforts , above all convenient because all the shops and restaurants are very close and within walking distance. If we return to Cagliari we will definitely try to stay here again, we really felt at home, thank you so much 🤗

Although there was public parking just by the spot there was non available in the time I was there , as with most of Cagliari parking is very hard .
It is probably better to state no parking nearby

I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and also close to public transport. Easy to access the beach by bus! Daniela and Guido were great hosts. They made sure to check in with me every so often and ask if there was anything I needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back!

Beautiful place with a strategic location, a few steps from the historic center and the train/bus station. Possibility of having breakfast on site with a coffee machine, refrigerator, etc. The hosts, Guido and Daniela were super gracious and showed us the main attractions and beaches. A super nice stay, I highly recommend it! Without doubts to return.

Excellent experience in this B&B...
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and if we could we would have stayed even longer.
I give 5 stars to this property for various reasons:
-hosts (Guido and Daniela) very kind and always present but without any intrusiveness, not at all, in this structure privacy is guaranteed.
-perfect location to go out on foot and enjoy the nightlife of Cagliari in relaxation, as it is a 5-minute walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele where beautiful restaurants are located ready to serve you tasty dishes.
-Super abundant breakfast and the possibility of having a drink or a coffee when you feel like it. Above all, you are not limited by a time to have it but you can have breakfast whenever you like.
-There is the possibility of having private parking and inside a courtyard well isolated from the street.
-Each room comes with a private bathroom.
Cleaning of the room is carried out every two days and is included in the price but only if you like it otherwise you will not be disturbed in any way and you will be able to sleep peacefully.
Surely if I return to Cagliari this will be my choice again.

Magnificent experience! The owners are extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming, able to make you feel immediately at ease. The 3 rooms (large, spotlessly clean and furnished with great care) and the shared kitchen were renovated 3 years ago. Two of the bedrooms have a mini fridge and the one in the kitchen is also available. We arrived in Cagliari on the evening of the 14th and since everything was closed on August 15th, Daniela had prepared a delicious cake to have breakfast with the next day, as well as making the entire and abundant pantry available! What can I say, I recommend this wonderful structure to everyone and I hope it fills up with reservations!
