Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental.

The hotel was clean and very well located, which I appreciated.
However, I was given a room with a connecting door to the neighboring room (which I did not request), and unfortunately, the soundproofing was very poor — I could clearly hear the conversations from next door.
There was also unexplained water seepage from a wall in the bathroom, not from the shower area, and it remained damp regardless of usage.
This affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Hello. The hotel location was excellent. The room was clean but average. The bed was uncomfortable and the decor was spartan. Adequate but nothing special. The breakfast was limited though the setting on the upper floor was a plus. They would due well to take better advantage of the stunning rooftop space they have available. The staff were polite and helpful.

I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!

Cosy small hotel with super location - close to train and bus stations and central streets, very nice open terrace on the roof where you can enjoy your breakfast, the hotel staff is very friendly 🙏

Very well located, rooms are functional but...first night I had a room with window in the street and was horrible, plus walls were like from paper..you could here everything from hall..other rooms. Fortunately I was so tired so I could sleep 😂🤣. In the morning I could hear a domestic fight with screamings a drama..very italian style 😂🤣

Friendly professional staff and very helpful to customer needs .. I had forgotten the beauty case with toothbrush and toothpaste at home, I asked the reception and they immediately provided me with a washing kit .. thank you again for the service.
