Wonderful experience. Spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean room!!! Quiet location, close to everything.
I highly recommend this wonderful property; from the courtesy of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, everything was impeccable. Plus, the totally free nice touch of having fresh water in the fridge, a coffee machine with biscuits, a kettle, and herbal teas available.

Very centrally located, room is very tastefully decorated in earth colour scheme. Everything is new and spotless as was the bathroom. Yes/coffee facilities in room with its own lava a coffee maker

It's located in a quiet square about a ten minute walk to the historic centre and a 5 minute walk from San Benedetto indoor market (amazing). The room was spacious with high ceilings, excellent soundproofing and very good air conditioning, which even had a sleep mode so it didn't keep us awake. They give you free water and coffee capsules for the machine they provide and replenish these on request. There's no actual reception but you communicate your requests on Whatsapp and they responded promptly always. In the square you'll find a very nice café and a brilliant restaurant called Cucina.eat (best to book in advance).

Everything is perfect... The location, the cleanliness, the welcome... Really top...

Everything is nearby... Restaurant, shop, bar...

The only negative point is the noise...not able to sleep...room insulation and even the double glazing is missing!!!

Clean room and bathroom with everything you need for the stay.
In the square in front there is a bar, rotisserie and laundry.

Excellent!!! It has become my reference b & b in Cagliari. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Equipped with fridge, coffee machine with pods, kettle with herbal teas, tea etc. 🔝
