I booked this property based on the reviews and the photos.
The complex is 8 floors up in a tall building quite far from the centre. The host was helpful and polite. The room was clean.
Some points to note. The shower head was broken. There is an English language note saying you can't flush your toilet paper, you must use the bidet and bin tissues. From around 6am there was significant noise from above us. The balcony was "industrial" so we never sat on it. If you smoke it would be useful.
Cold coffee, which our host microwaved for me. Didn't go back for breakfast the second morning.
There is a lovely friendly cafe below the property with fresh pastry and good coffee. Room full of mosquitos so if you arrive late and are sensitive you need to bring killer.
Breakfast starts at 8 and ends at 9. Checkout is 10.

This lady was not one bit happy being criticised, and she named myself and my wife in her response despite, I believe, this being against GDPR rules.
She made it clear that if I removed my critical remarks she would delete our names. I am happy to leave them here, and my original 3 star review I reduced to one star. Make your own decision as to whether this is a place you would like to stay.
I have to say that the clincher for me was when we were told that we had to check out on a Sunday at 10am, something I didn't emphasis above.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay with Laura! The service was excellent from start to finish. The parking arrangement worked perfectly and was super convenient. Everything was spotless – the room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the housekeeping did a fantastic job. Breakfast was delicious and prepared with care. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. Every wish we had was fulfilled with a smile. Laura herself is such a warm and welcoming person – you immediately feel at home with her. We can wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights on a work trip. Laura a very knowledgeable and professional host. She gave good information on tours/trips/transport options although we didn't have time to explore as we were working, but it was good to have the info for any further trips. We stayed in the Blue Room which was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom a little on the small side, and shower head was broken, but very clean. Good wi-fi. Breakfast was OK - a pity that we were not allowed to take it out onto the open-air balcony, as it is nice. Just two things to note: check-out is at 10am even on a Sunday so if you have a late flight in the day (especially the direct flights to Dublin) this needs to be built in to your plans. Also, if you are prone to mosquito bites bring a plug in repellent as the mosquitos are quite evident at night! Some hotels/B&Bs have these devices, but we managed to get one in the nearby supermarket.

Laura and Sandro were wonderful!!! They were very helpful in suggesting where to visit, eat and how to make the most out of our stay in Cagliari. The B&B was very clean, modern and the breakfast was wonderful with a view of the city. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great place to stay! We stayed for a few nights at the beginning of December 2023. The location is super convenient - there is parking and the city center is a 15 minute walk away. The breakfast was very good. Laura is extremely caring and attentive.

Fantastic little gem in the heart of Cagliari
A wonderful intimate gem within walking distance to all attractions of Cagliari with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Rooms clean and fresh ,comfortable beds and spectacular views over Cagliari.
Fantastic host in Laura, on hand for help and advice and providing fresh produce for breakfast
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We recently stayed at "A View on Cagliari" and it was a great experience. The "blue" room (at 8th floor) offered a great view with a balcony. The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. Laura, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind, providing ample information about the city. The breakfast, especially the homemade croissants, was delicious. The B&B's central location and the parking just in front of the building made it convenient to explore Cagliari and the surroundings.
