Let's start with our host, Giorgio, a wonderful, kind, and helpful man. He showed us places worth visiting and eating at. He provided information on how to get around the city. We felt at home thanks to his hospitality. The breakfasts he prepared were phenomenal, and the croissants were delicious! 😍 The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean (cleaned daily). The entire property is well-maintained, both inside and out. Another huge plus is the location! 100 meters from Poetto Beach, there are many attractions nearby, a bus stop right outside the house, and the city center is very easy to reach. We loved the place and will definitely want to return! We recommend it and thank Giorgio! 🤩

Perfect place. The owner will be your concierge and help with arranging airport transfers as well as information regarding tourist travel to the flamingos and hiring electric bike. Considers and recommends the local restaurants to your taste. The room was very clean and furniture comfortable and the water was hot. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the fresh ground coffee was available all day. AND a short walk to the perfect beach of Poetto. Could have stayed a month.

We had a fantastic stay at B&Beach, Giorgo very helpful giving advice on surrounding area's and restaurants, rooms are contemporary and clean and smell nice, wifi in rooms, breakfast is more than adequate, property is safe and secure, in a great position for the beach, 10 mins on bus to Cagliari, would stay again, highly recommend.

Perfect location, Giorgio is really the best host ever, always helping and trying to make our stay as great as he can. Breakfast was good, not much choice but nothing missing to enjoy a quick morning breakfast before starting the day. Several Umbrellas are available so you don't even need to rent one if you want to. Very good quality for price, i highly recommend.

Giorgio is perfect guy, very helpful, take care if you have everything you need and even more, very open to suggest you best places to visit, how to get there, which restaurant try...which beach to choose if it is windy...this was really valuable in my case:) it is really great to have such a recommendation from local guy. Second room was nice, cosy..quite!! Breakfast ok, and coffe machine available any time. Parking no problem at all.

So it doesn't get any better! Super clean, close to the beach. Room is fully cleaned daily, the owner is very helpful.

Great accommodation!
