Fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Check-in was super easy and flexible, which we really appreciated after a long trip.
The cleanliness of the room stood out – everything was fresh, tidy, and well-prepared.
Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely guest house. Warm welcome from Enrico and impressive details the owners designed themselves not to mention having filtered water on tap!

The hotel is really in the centre of Cagliari and Enrico is also very helpful in our stay. Our room is with balcony and it was also enough big to stay there for long time. The cleanliness was okey. There was a bit of noise coming from the street in the evenings.

I had an amazing stay at Art Guesthouse, I will definitely come again during my next trip in Cagliari. It's just a 10/10, everything was perfect (nice welcome, big clean room and bathroom, free coffee and bread with jam and honey, awesome location litterally nearby everything - old city centre, train station, ferry harbour, full of restaurant and café, 5mn walking to the bus stop to get to the beach, etc.) Well, would definitely book again and recommandations this place!

The best best stay ever, spacious room, great value for money, great hospotality from Enrico the amazing host, centrally located to everything town, bus, train. The perfect stay! Definitely recommended

The owner is very kind and nice, available even early morning. Great and spacious room and bathroom. Beautiful, with lots of wooden doors and paintings. Breakfast is not available but lots of biscuits and coffee/tea offered. Le propriétaire est très agréables, disponible même tôt le matin. La chambre et la sdb étaient grandes, joliment décorées avec des portes en bois. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas disponible, mais il y a suffisamment de cafés/thés et biscuits pour faire l’affaire.

Amazing stay from check in to check out. Enrico is the perfect host, he was there to greet us as soon as we buzzed at the entry door and gave us a heap of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We got.an upgraded room and it was very nicely appointed, with a handy mini fridge and kettle, plus a pod coffee machine in reception to use. There were also little breakfast snacks. In the entrance hall was a water dispenser with filtered and sparkling water, a great touch for filling water bottles! The location couldn't be beat, it was just in a side street off the square and easy walk to the station. Enrico also let us leave our bags when we checked out and met us to pick them up in the evening as we had a late flight

This is a small guest house on 2 floors of a building on the main street of Cgaliari - very close to the marina area, the main square, and the castello area. Enrico is a great host, very helpful and informative; the room I had was spacious, comfortable, and pretty quiet (given it was on a main street, really very quiet). While there is no breakfast offered, there is an in-room fridge and Enrico recommended a great local market for meat/cheese/veggies etc, so this was no detriment.

The room was very clean and looked like it was renovated recently.
We had a delayed flight late at night and couldn’t catch the last train/bus. Taxi queue was very long, but the host (Enrico) came to pick us up. I highly recommend this accomodation. Thank you Enrico, for your amazing hospitality!
