A short walk from the Santa Gallura ARST drop off in the centre of Olbia to the Hotel.
It is modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable with a lovely pool area and a spa.
It was close to the rail station to catch the train to Cagliari.
The hotel staff were friendly,
helpful and one excellent English especially a young lady named Sofia.
We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast in a vast unusual dining room auditorium.
Tea/coffee making facilities would have made our stay perfect.
Highly recommended
Would love to share photos but don't know how to send from phone to tablet.

Good standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience.

We booked four nights but only stayed one night before discovering the bed bugs. No response from the hotel and no refund. The manager doesn't answer.
On top of that, which is already a lot, the hotel is located next to a train station and on the outskirts of town.
Not to mention the staff's lack of friendliness and the cleaning ladies who laugh excessively from 7:00 AM.

HORRIBLE experience in this hotel. Our room was infested with bedbugs. We noticed this on our first day. So we informed the reception who changed our room but told us that we would have to leave the next day because people had booked it. The only room available was therefore the infested room (room 129). We were therefore forced to leave the hotel and the hotel today refuses to reimburse us and is even making up lies about us. They claim to have offered us a free dinner as well as free access to the spa which is FALSE, they also claim to have offered us another room for the stay which is also FALSE. I am also disappointed with the trip.com platform which did not do everything in place to ensure a refund even though I am a loyal customer. So run away from this hotel which claims to be a 4-star hotel but is not. In addition, the hotel staff is AUDIOUS.

I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean, which I truly appreciated.
That being said, I was hoping for a slightly warmer atmosphere. While the staff were polite and professional, I did find them a bit reserved at times. A little more warmth, smiles, and energy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi during my stay, which was inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved — I could clearly hear noise from other guests, including people speaking loudly in the hallways.

Lovely service and clean rooms. All staff were very kind and approachable.

Our stay was nice. We were comfortable. It was clean and conventient. I can't fault too much, but I also don't have much praise about anything special. The front desk were neither friendly or not friendly. They were simply matter of fact. Dining area for dinner was so small it required a reservation. The meal was good, but we did have to wait until after 9pm to get a time to eat. Breakfast was standard European and it was good. The room was comfortable. The shower wand wouldn't stay in place so if you weren't careful it would spray across the top of the shower enclosure. Parking was available and free. This hotel provided the rest we needed for our last night.
