Great location in the heart of the city, with bus and train stations just a short walk away. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit older, and the breakfast is quite basic, but overall it’s a good choice for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The location is perfect and the rooms large and clean. The corridors were dated and had a musty smell, but this did not affect the bedrooms or main living areas. Likely to do with the age of the building which is otherwise beautifully kept. Also has a private parking which is incredible in Olbia!

Very friendly staff! When we faced unexpected health issues, they immediately offered their help and made sure we felt safe and supported. We are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Peak season August, we had to stay one night in Olbia as our flight arrived late in the evening. The hotel is marked as 4stars, we were a bit disappointed. The toilet was not cleaned, rest of the room was clean and aircon worked well. Breakfast was in the lower floor with no window and not very 4star-like. Coffee was horrible (old and automatic machine, as we really wished for the Italian-style coffee. Parking is free and right in from of the hotel, very comfortable if you come by car. Overall OK for one night.

Very good stay here, recommend! Very friendly and helpful guys at the front desk. Good rooms, comfortable bed, clean, good aircon. Nice Italian style breakfast! Thanks for a good stay, shame I couldn’t stay longer.

It’s really run down old property and in dire need of a full renovation. It smelled old, felt old, and not in a cute charming way. The breakfast was more basic than you can imagine in a dungeon. Location isn’t the greatest either.
