Beach was nice, but it could be more comfortable
We enjoyed our stay.
Our room was modern and a good size.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly.
Location good. Opposite beach and sister hotel on beach.
Food delicious in the restaurant.
Breakfast excellent.
To be honest we chose this hotel because of SPA ! Unfortunately we were so disappointed…. In the spa brochure they offer lovely jacuzzi , herbal tea testing etc . Was no tea , jacuzzi was COLD ! And full of leafs … 😱 Was limit of being there - only 1 hour 😂 lady in reception said “ yes in the summer jacuzzi is warm , now Is cold “ 😂 really? So why we paid 30€ per person if they can not provide the same standards like in summer ? No logic at all ….
Room were simple ,nothing special, but clean 🧽. Thank you to housekeeping ;)
Breakfast soooooo cheap cheap . We were expecting nice Italian food , but what we got was powder scrambled eggs … 🙄
Little bit disappointing…
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and they gave us artichokes in oil … we thought we got that because of waiting time . In the end we realised we needed to pay for it !!!!!!!!
That wasn’t even tasty !!! 🤦🏼♀️
That was adults only hotel … we were sitting and chatting outside of the pool . Was 9:15pm and lady from reception asked as if we can be more quiet 🤫. 😂😂😂😂😂 No comment … :)
Location is great, some lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance along with a supermarket and other amenities.
Rooms are great, big and clean and the aircon works really well (Most places in Italy the aircon never works as Italians don’t believe in it)
Breakfast was lovely, great choice and nice coffee. Beach was really nice and lovely hotel grounds.
Some points which I think could improve the hotel:
- Draft Beer - They don’t have beer in draft only in bottles and at 6euros a bottle of beer it can soon get quite pricey
- Pool Loungers - So there are only 7 around the pool which is simply not enough, you could get 15 loungers around the pool if you was to take out the sofas
- Beach - The beach is lovely and supposed to be private but you have to pay 30euros to use a lounger on the beach and you still get hassled by people selling things
- Water - So there is a mini-bar in the room
and a supermarket 15mins walk away but I do think a hotel like this should provide a free bottle of water each day or cheap water in mini-bar
