This hotel and their staff were incredibly accommodating. We booked 10 mins before arriving. They were very friendly and helped us book a very early taxi to the airport as well as get us our breakfast as a takeaway. I would definitely come here again

I arrived at midnight having missed my flight. I was in an emotional state and the staff showed me such kindness that night and the next day. I work in the top end of luxury travel. This hotel is simple but spotlessly clean. They reminded me real luxury is all about the people and the service. Thank you Hotel Terranova.

Very Old Hotel, Rooms are not that good, Breakfast is super simple.
However The Location of the Hotel is super super perfect in the center of the Olbia and you can enjoy the busy roads at any time of the day and can reach easily to Bus and Metro stations.

Outdated hotel in a great location. Everything is in a walking distance. The hotel itself seems like from 80s. This would be ok, but I got a room on a first floor next to the stairs and elevator, people were passing for the large chung of the night and lack of any noise insulation ensured everything is well heard. Shower cabin deserves a place in a museum - its some kind of harmonica style, however due to its age or some reason it just does not work and kept separating and folding 😉
Would be acceptable (not good) for a place to stay for EUR 50-70.

We booked our stay at the last minute. We had an early morning flight. The Desk manager was very helpful and made the reservations for a taxi for us. Due to our early departure we would not have been able to have breakfast so the Desk manager dropped of a couple of Breakfast rolls and Juice to take with us. The Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We even appreciated that they had facial tissues in the bathroom. (we stayed at many places across Italy and tissues are hard to find). We would have loved to explore the area more but we only overnight-ed. There was some street noise but we were able to sleep right thru most of it. It seemed to be some sort of celebration going on while we were there. We enjoyed our stay.

It is an Italian style hotel in the center of Olbia. The location is great, close to everything. The room is clean but pretty old. The room in the pictures looks different and much better than in a real life (we had a room for 2 with one bed). We still don't know why we've had a shower and a toilet like in room for disabled people, maybe it is again Italian traditional style. The mattress was pretty hard, the water tap was broken, the furniture didn't look like vintage style just old one. The breakfast was good, normal Italian breakfast. In general our one night staying was ok, but it didn't worth €103, it is too much for the room like that. It doesn't look and feel like 3 star hotel but rather a hostel.

Central. Italian style. Staff very friendly and pleasant. You have enough space in the room. Every day, the room was cleaned. Beautifull view from the balcony. You can find a free parking spot every time at the street at 100m away. Is a good choice for Olbia.

Too expensive for this simple room and breakfast.
We had to sleep here because of the lack on campsites around Olbia...

My room was quite clean, but that's pretty much the nicest thing I can say about the hotel. The place has zero style, just looks cheap. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable nor were the pillows. The breakfast wasn't special either. During the night you can't use the elevator to go down to the ground floor but the stairs lead to the outside of the building, not the reception.
