The room and the service were terrible. For two consecutive nights we found a gecko in the room, which probably sneaked inside while the cleaning service was tidying up the room (as we carefully made sure to close everything after the first night).
The TV in the room does not really work as only a very few channels are visible. Mist of Italians channels are not.
Wifi was not functioning and the hotel receptionist said "there is nothing we can do, you should use your mobile 3g/4g connection instead". This was a huge problem for me as there is poor signal inside the structure and I was left no more traffic on my data plan. I cannot image how hard could it be for foreign visitors who hardly can use roaming traffic.
I would strongly discourage anyone looking for a real 4 stars hotel to stay in this place. In my opinion it does barely deserve 3 stars, or possibly 2.
