Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star. I have rarely had such a bad stay. Dirt and noise take on a whole new meaning here.

I booked the room with breakfast. For breakfast, I received a business card-sized voucher that could be used at the nearest bar. There, I received a coffee drink and a sweet treat each day. You had to sit directly on the sidewalk by the street, exposed to car noise and exhaust fumes. For me, this had absolutely nothing to do with breakfast and was worth a maximum of €3.

In the room, it didn't matter whether the windows were open or closed. Only the exhaust fumes stayed outside. The noise continued well past midnight and started again at 2 a.m. The shutters couldn't be closed. There was dirt as far as the eye could see in front of the door.

Bathroom: there was neither toilet paper (I had to buy it myself) nor a toilet seat. I had to sit on the bare ceramic, which I found disgusting.

: ... Towels and bed linens were changed twice in 7 days (which I didn't request), and the bed was made with fresh linens just one day before my departure. There were still hairs from the previous guest in the bathroom, and a used spoon wrapped in paper was found under the bed.

The tiny television, no bigger than a laptop, only offered about 14 Italian shopping/news channels, making it impossible to even watch the news or anything similar in the rain or in the evening.

Last night, the owners of the B&B argued until well after midnight, slamming doors and rummaging around in the hallway. They clearly don't have to consider their guests.

I can't understand how this accommodation has a 3-star rating. I cannot recommend it to anyone and will not be returning.

There was no running water, no one to contact on the spot, we were informed via text message that 'the problem was fixed' but still there was no water. Unacceptable. Had to cancel and relocate.
