The pool is beautiful and the restaurant is good, but the rooms are outdated, dusty, and the air conditioning does not work well. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are massively dated with bad lighting. Bed is comfortable. Beware of late night parties at the pool- music is loud and party will run late. Couldn’t sleep. They offered me to move to another room for the night which I declined due to the fact it would take me forever to pack up. They should just not allow loud music past 10pm out of respect to other hotel guests.

Room was lovely. We had a balcony view to the sea. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The restaurant was perfect for dinner. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. There are places to eat nearby and a big grocery store. Very nice place.

Enjoyable Stay Overall
We had read the mixed reviews about the hotel and after staying there are more positives than negatives - good location , lovely pool area and sea terrace, helpful staff, comfortable bed , excellent housekeeping however the hotel does need some updating and parts need cleaning such as the lift windows and balcony furniture , more choices for eggs at breakfast would be nice . Overall we really enjoyed our stay

Hotel is very nice, comfortable, staff is polite. The breakfast has no much variety, service super. The hotel has a pool and and to offer access to the sea through a half tunnel, something special. Room is clean and with balcony.

The rooms were nice. Small but nice. The shower was way to small and leaked all over the floor. My A/C did not work but at least the fan blew the hot air around. The breakfast was free but not much of a variety, only breads. The pool was nice and refreshing after a long hot day and the beer at the pool bar was cold😁. Customer service was great, thanks for getting us in on short notice. Just a short walk down the road was a street carnival with lots of food trucks. I found a great Panini (I call it a sandwich) but very good. I could not read the menu being in Italiano so I ask a local to order for me what he had. Glad did.

The staff are friendly, breakfast is great and the overall stay was pleasant.
The catch is, you have to pay 20 eu per person to access the ocean swimming area. This felt really scammy. If I had known before booking, our family of 4 might have styayed somewhere else since this raised our daily hotel cost 80 eu per day more than it should have been.

Location was great, the dining staff made our stay exceptional, the pool was great and serviced daily, very clean and a well oiled machine. All the staff at the hotel were lovely.
