We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent throughout, but a special mention goes to Pasqualino, the evening receptionist, who made us feel truly welcome with his warm attitude and professionalism. The location is perfect – close to everything yet very peaceful – and the style of the hotel is both elegant and charming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Super central, in the middle location,
But very old fashioned rooms that need very much a lot of refurbishment,
Also very poor breakfast.

The Matress was hard, dirty and probable 10years old....and look at the nice Shower

A lovely stay, perfect for our visit and for exploring the city.

I was really disappointed with my stay. There was no hot water during my visit, which made things very inconvenient. What made it worse is that no one apologized or offered any kind of compensation for the issue. Mistakes and maintenance problems can happen, but a simple apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling quite let down.

Awesome stay if you are looking to spend time in Catania and want to rest for a night. Continental breakfast with personal service was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Great price/quality value.

Very good location.
The day we checked in the front desk gentleman was extremely kind and helped us upstairs with all our luggage.
The whole staff was extremely polite .
Even the night staff member was very polite and helpful.
I enjoyed the morning cappuccino.

Normal for few days is stay. At the reception they don’t speak English at all ,expect one guy. WiFi constantly interrupted, in the room mobile service hardly work. Very noisy outside due to some concerts . Poor breakfast only few sweets. However clean and close to the centre.

I was here 1 years ago and I absolutely loved this hotel. Every morning, before the breakfast the Sir, who owns the hotel, greeted the guests and brought the cappuccinos to the tables himself. Lovely hospitality! 😊
