Hotel Onach was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The on-site amenities were top-notch, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious.

This was the perfect base for our holiday in the mountains. The location is stunning and the family went out of their way to make us welcome and nothing was too much trouble from the welcome drink to the thank you bottles of wine. The hotel was clean and the food amazing. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in South Tyrol then look no further, we’ll definitely be back! Smith Family

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and her husband. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond to serve us and make us feel welcomed. The food was of good quality and abundant. I'm celiac and they went out of their way to create special gluten free meals that tasted amazing! We even enjoyed their complimentary infra-red sauna after a long day, it was relaxing.

We were very excited because the view was amazing and the place looked cozy. Everyone was so rude and the room had hair in the shower. We stayed one night and had dinner and they put 34 euro more than what was supposed to be for no reason. When we asked they said “oh sorry it was just a mistake”. But after instead of making us pay the night and dinner price (as WE PREVIOUSLY AGREED) they said the dinner was not included for that night. We ended up paying twice the price for an average dinner and discuss with the girl there because the entire thing was just RIDICULOUS.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Clean and large rooms. Food was truly an experience. Excellent menu, beautifully served, the experience of the Valentine's menu and the evening tasting by the fire. We appreciated the great selection of food for children, as well as the playroom on the lower floor. Nothing here is a problem, friendly and family atmosphere, but at a very professional level. We will be happy to return here.
