I must say that I leave reviews really seldom but I was really positively surprised with the amount of detail that the staff of the Hotel provides.
-The breakfast is really amazing with a wide choice of high quality foods.
-Rooms were very clean and cozy.
-Spa offers a pool with hydromassage and a few different Saunas as well as a Jacuzzi.
-Location is great with a number of great hikes nearby, we followed the advice that receptionist gave us and were really satisfied with the hike and view.
-Every single person working in Hotel was very kind and helpful, but I must say I was moved when our kid got fever and receptionist helped us find open Pharmacy after-hours to get the medications.

The hotel staff are very friendly, polite and also the waiters, their chef at the breakfast was welcoming and he even served me some tacchino since I don’t eat pork meat. At the dinner they served a lot of antipasto, then there were first, second dish and a desert for a very generous price. Rooms are very clean and they are cleaning them every day, it felt like I checked in like the first time because cleanliness was at the highest level. SPA is just amazing, staff at the SPA are very kind and welcoming. Prices are not high comparing to other places, I loved it!! 🩷🩷🩷

We spent in hotel Erica five nice nights. We love Italian cuisine, but we finally booked just 'bed & breakfast'. This is not complain, but more sorrow - Italian dinner is usually quite late (I had lot of discussion with my Italian colleagues what is the 'right' time for dinner, but the view of central European is very different than view of Italians), therefore we organized dinners on our own. Regarding breakfasts, we were more than satisfied. Big positive is as well Spa basics as part of accommodation price (no additional payment). We used every day heated outdoor pool, whirlpool and different types of saunas (available are classical Finnish dry sauna, Turkish steam sauna and aroma sauna). All the staff were absolutely perfect and helpful. So far it was only big positives, but there is one quite big negative - there is promoted that ski bus has stop in front of hotel, which is true, in reality it would be less than 100 m from the main entrance. But it's strictly forbidden to go in ski boots through the main entrance. It would be just two floors from the ski room by lift and two meters from the lift to the main entrance over the carpet. But you are forced to go in ski boots through the garage, which means more than doubled distance and not nice additional stairs on top. This unpleasant experience will start your every skiing day and it will end your every skiing day. As the skiing is usually the main purpose to go to Erica during winter this unpleasant rule can be really something to be considered when selecting this accommodation. I asked what is the reason for this rule and answer was very simple ' it is as it is' .....

Very good
Very nice and comfort hotel.great location to start your trip through the Dolomities region. Room was not fancy but had everything we needed and was very clean and quite.
Breakfast was great with good choices.

Erica is a nice hotel to chill out. It has a beautiful outside pool with mountains view.
Chiara is responsible for the wellness center and she gives really nice massages. I tried Erica massage (head and neck) which was really relaxing. We also did a couple massage with some modifications (Sole) and Chiara was supportive of making changes in the list of different massages. So highly recommended to get a massage if you are there.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and with very friendly staff. Therefore, I highly recommend it.
The only thing that makes me give 4 star is for the dishes that were not tasty. The pastry is really nice but the dishes not as much.

We were very unfortunate to breakdown in our motorhome,and our breakdown company arranged for us to stay here for 3 nights and it was great. The hotel is lovely and the food is very good. It is a family run hotel and they are so helpful, friendly and very thoughtful it certainly helped us over the stress of breaking down. I can't recommend the hotel enough ******
