My wife and I had a fantastic time skiing all day and coming back to hotel to relax in the pool, spa and sauna to rejuvenate was a perfect end to the day.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. Food was very good. Good access to the ski lifts with their own transportation on demand. Staff was extremely gracious and receptive.

It’s been our second time in Ortisei, but the first at Angelo Engel. We really enjoyed our stay at this charming boutique hotel - the room was a bit on a smaller side for a family with preteens/teenagers, but quite convenient with 2 separate spaces for kids and parents, the bathroom is spacious with heated floors, everything is spotless clean, views are spectacular, food at the restaurant is very good and plentiful, the spa is cozy and nice, the indoor/outdoor pools are not to be missed despite a bit small lounge area, staff are friendly and welcoming, ski equipment storage is available, location is very convenient with ski lifts within 7-10 min by foot (there is also shuttle bus). We definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back again.

Awesome hotel. Service is very good! The food in the evenings is not always the most tasty but that may be personal preference. The breakfast is good! The service is really good! The hotel is centrally located and ski lifts easily accessed by walking or using the hotel schuttlle. If you do not ski there is not too much to do in winter. But I will go back to the Angelo!
