The large room was excelent, we find the hotel very easely, the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpfull. We had a separate entrance to the room, very usefull, because we had a little dog with us.
Simple clean hotel managed with courtesy and availability by the 2 owners .. 2 really smart girls .... congratulations
The owners are very kind, excellent breakfast and clean and spacious rooms. Ideal with children. The hotel has no restaurant but there are good ones right next door. The pool is very nice with slides and rafts. Villa Puccini with its park is also very close.
The overnight stay was indisputably good. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. The courteous staff, particular and interested in customer needs.
The breakfast in the morning was excellent and plentiful in relation to the number of guests.
Small hotel located in a strategic position to visit Pistoia and Tuscany.
Careful management by Giada and Francesca, always available and very kind to guests.
Excellent cleaning.
Thanks for welcoming us!
Exceptional!
The spotlessly clean and bright rooms are the setting for a familiar and cordial atmosphere.
Giada and Francesca are the icing on the cake, always ready to satisfy guests' needs!
And the breakfast?? Well presented, plenty of choice and delicious!
Highly recommended

Beautiful Hotel, excellent service & wonderful staff, a perfect location to explore Pistoia, we stayed for 6 nights, our suite was spotlessly clean, nothing was too much trouble & we had a superb view from our roof terrace, we would definitely recommend this hidden gem & can’t wait to return next year!
Amazing location, beautiful super beautiful rooms, service excellent. Receptionist super polite and at our disposal. Strong suggestion to sleep there if you visit Florence and places around. Quality - price - perfect.
Excellent excellent excellent! My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. Husband beeing on a work trip and myself coming and going from my room the staff is extremely nice and kind and helpful. Very clean hotel nice normal looking rooms. Great location. I truly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it here!
Great boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good bar and breakfast facilities. Good central location.
Friendly small hotel in a great central location. I slept really well here due to a comfortable bed, excellent windows (little noise from outside despite the central location) and quiet, effective air-conditioning. There was not a huge choice for breakfast, but what was available was very good quality.
very good, classy, and convenient hotel

the location, close to the highlights of Tuscany
the fantastic swimming pool
Guilia and her mother are very nice. The man working with them are also very kind. A nice place where we were happy to stay:-)
Swimming pool located on a hill with a grove, at the top, equipped with sun loungers. 2 swimming pools one x children's bar with sandwiches and cold first courses you cannot bring food from outside.
At only 500 meters altitude near Pistoia lies the village (hamlet) Castagno. The way up is already an adventure, with beautiful chestnut trees and hairpin bends. If you pay attention you might see a deer or a fox.. (we do..)
Once at the top we were welcomed by the sweet Giulia and her mother. The apartment was Italian with the basic necessities. don't expect huge luxury but just a clean apartment...
Not only a swimming pool, but also a beautiful terraced lawn where you can relax in the shade of the chestnut trees. The train station is very convenient, on the Porretta Pistoia line, one of the most evocative in Italy.
Great place , clean , relaxing , friendly.

A stay at Hotel Villa Cappugi places you in the heart of Pistoia, steps from Collegigliato Piscina Villa Cappugi and a 3-minute drive from Saint Mary of Graces. This hotel is 1.3 mi (2.1 km) from San Bartolomeo in Pantano and 1.4 mi (2.2 km) from San Zeno Museum.

We arrived the evening after 1.00 the innkeeper was a little annoyed because he had to wait until that time. In the room there was no sound pipe so no shower and no innkeeper to inform him why he had gone to sleep. The room was close to where I do not know what that produces an annoying ringing and constant
I live in Toscana, and I like in here :)

The structure is a bit old, need some renovation. But the atmosphere is really good. The staff is very friendly, nice🙂
They are really polite, they serve gluten free breakfast under request.
Is a little bit far from the city, I recommend you go if you have a car.
Don’t let the outside appearance influence to much , the price is fair , reception service is friendly , inside the rooms are clean, everyday breakfast with enough options and location is accessible to reach Pisa, Florence in one hour by car and to do long walks in nature. Next to hotel is a restaurant with option for dinner 20euro/person 2 courses and desert .
I dont use to be hard with person who host and give me a service but this time i was disappointed. I was by bike, it was night and i was exhausted, its located on a hill so it's hard at the ending day to go there. They definitively dont use to host bikers. There is no place to park the bike. They were kind because they proposed to park it on the reserv. Personal was propably tired because they were...
Basic for excellent price, good location for traveling around in Toscany
Historic hotel: You get what you pay (low price, low standard) though acceptable value: outdoor pool, breakfast and parking included. In hot days also AC (central only from 13-4am).
Facade looks horrible and the furniture gets you back to 1980 or so. They really need an investor but the whole Montecantini area seems to have over capacity as even it's high season August, all rates all over are low...

realistically, the hotel is a three-star hotel, the only thing that is 5-star is the prices. The beer is spoiled (expired date), the prices on the price list are different than after they are charged to you
Best part of the hotel was the friendly staff and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I think it was good value for what you’re paying for. However we were disappointed with the amenities and atmosphere of the hotel. It didn’t feel like a five star hotel but it has the potential. There are no signs anywhere in the hotel, so it’s confusing to get around and even when we showed up for our massage,...

The place is nice and tidy. Montecatini Terme is a good place to make daily trips all over Tuscany. The walls are very thin and for the last three nights an italian couple was our neighbor, blasting the tv till 2 am. You can hear everything which is going on in the other room clearly. The owners family occupied the pool almost all days. Guests were not using the pool because of this...

This is a fantastic hotel in a beautiful area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is tasty and if you have any allergies they have alternative food.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and you get clean towels every day.
The swimming pool area is relaxing and clean.
The view from the rooms we had was amazing.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and we will certainly come back next time...
The staff were very welcoming even though we were a bit early and they coped extremely well with our school trip (43 of us) considering they do not usually cater for so many people. The hotel is not far away from the center with the advantage of the private parking (not really large)
Rooms are complete but small. The main drawback is the lack of noise insulation, not from the outside but from other room and corridor
The breakfast is average
I was there for 5 nights. The room has two single beds. The bathroom was a little bit small as well the room. There were a balcony. The breakfast was fine either the lunch and the dinner. The receptionist was friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and near the center.
Very friendly staff working hard while smiling Excellent food for dinner Small but clean rooms and very very important for groups that there is a parking place for 2 or 3 busses next to the hotel Monte Alto Funiculare is some steps away from the hotel

Just back from trip with travel department. This hotel was very disappointing. Dark reception area. Small basic rooms. Air conditioning not working properly. Extremely warm and uncomfortable. My retreat experience at Palazzo Belvedere was nothing short of transformative. Nestled amidst an abundance of nature, this sanctuary offered the perfect blend of relaxation, wellness, and culinary delight.

A wonderfully tasteful stay at Palazzo Belvedere. The palazzo has been transformed into a haven with stylist decor while retaining some unique architectural features. We stayed in the room 226 during 3 nights in mid July 2022. As a whole, it was a pleasant stay in Villa Rita. The room was comfortable to stay for two people, it equipped with an air conditionner, a fridge, a fan (though it didn't freeze much). The bathroom was also spacious. There was a large mirror as well, there were cupboards. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The garbage was cleaned...
I've read all the bad comments before, but they turned out completely false in our case.
The staff was nice and friendly, especially those who work in the restaurant. One night our train was cancelled and didn't make it back on time for dinner, but once we called, they prepared diner for us and took it to our room.
By the way the food was amazing! For breakfast we had plenty options and the same goes...
Location is close to train station which makes it a perfect base to explore the region by train. The breakfast was varied and very good. Lots of sweets but also healthier alternatives. Pool area is nice too. Room was quite simple and a bit dated. However, considering the price, Hotel Villa Rita, provides excellent value.
Dear travelers,
why are you writing such ugly comments? We were there last summer and will be spending this summer at this hotel again. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, the food in the restaurant is very tasty. The pool and the environment are very nicely decorated and clean. Greetings to Moreno and the entire team of Villa Rita Hotel
See you soon!

We came to the hotel for a Groupon deal at the restaurant for Florentine steak. The guy in reception at the hotel wasn't exactly polite and sort of gestured that we had to go downstairs to get to the restaurant. The perfect Place where to spend your holiday in Tuscany.
This is a 4• hotel mainly I think because of the great spa and massage facilities. The hotel itself feels like a seaside resort hotel and the bedroom was very ordinary. The hotel was very nice and welcoming, great location.
But to make it even better was the little boy who walked around the rooms
Old-fashioned structure, it would need a lot of modernization. Breakfast rather poor but decent in taste. Small room, just to sleep there a night or two and nice and spacious bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful; enviable position in the center of Montecatini.
