Rooms We stayed at gardenia room in villa house. The space of rooms were more than enough, actually were the biggest ever been. The bathroom was modern enough, maybe I would like some more auxiliary furniture in rooms.

This is a good hotel in Pistoia, with decent facilities and good service. Overall, it is worth recommending to everyone. This is not my first time staying here.

Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. The unit we rented was an apartment style with one bedroom and sofa bed. That part of the hotel was brand new and beautifully done. Very quiet and dark in the evening. Very close drive to go up into the hills where there are little villages and many olive trees! Pistoia is a cute old town, which was a 10 min drive from the hotel.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, super clean rooms. Fresh, tasty breakfast. Tranquil surroundings. Highy recommended!

Basic empty apartment. Comfortable bed. Restaurant on the property was fantastic! Good place to stay for the night and recover from the flight.

Excellent short experience. Clean, spacious, and quiet room. The owner was helpful and courteous. Located on the outskirts of the city, a few kilometers from the center, but close to a bus stop. No late-night noise despite being on the street. The 24-hour breakfast buffet was convenient and helpful. Parking is available on a private driveway.

A very welcoming property, the owners are truly kind. We were impressed by how much attention they pay to their guests. The room was spotless and equipped with amenities not found even in luxury hotels. The hotel is located very close to the highway exit, making it convenient even if you don't want to stay in a touristy city like Florence.

Couples' trip Everything perfect for couples and children

Arriving after a day on our motorbikes, we appreciated the owner's helpfulness. After stashing our bikes in the adjacent pool enclosure, we went to our room. It was spotless and tidy. After a wonderful night's sleep, we had breakfast.

A comfortable, enjoyable stay in this outstanding hotel. Less than a 10 minute walk from the station and a few minutes walk from the duomo this hotel manages to do everything well, which is certainly not the norm these days. First Visit To Italy We were given a very warm and friendly welcome on our first visit to Italy. The hotel organised transfers from and back to Florence airport, which was great. Our room was ‘home from home’ comfortable. We would have appreciated SKY television as we don’t speak Italian (we could though, connect to our Netflix)

Great hotel My third stay here and, as always, lovely service, convenient location and clean spacious room. My only disappointment was the reduced selection of gluten free items at breakfast. I had grown accustomed to and lauded the selection before. Still Oatria is a wonderful hotel.

Great location Amazing location in the heart of the city. The hotel arranged a parking permit & permission to drive in the ZLT zone without a fine to drop off & pick up luggage. A national rail strike in Italy on the day we were supposed to arrive upended all our plans, resulting in our arriving very late. The hotel accommodated our late arrival so we were able to check in with no problems. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast

Located very close to the center, in a historical building. Clean and large room, not far from the breakfast room. Very good breakfast with a large selection. Water, tea and coffee are always available free of charge. The owners and the staff were very nice and helpful if you needed information for the city tour. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Quiet close to the city center. The place is an historical sight of the town. The owner are two great persons, so kind and cultivated, they have a lot of stories to tell. In the garden there are plenty of animals :it’s a really magical place

The stroller I travel with for my baby was ruined by this hotel. This stroller has been to 30 countries and many 20 states in the USA. They told me to leave it downstairs by the desk and it would be safe/secure. The one and only time I left it behind it was totally ruined. The stroller will not close/collapse. Very nice and clean pool, quiet and cool, several relaxation areas and DJ booths, shade under the trees, very natural. If I had to find a flaw, it'd be the 6:30 PM closing time. I'd focus much more on the bar and the cocktails.

Swimming pool located on a hill with a grove, at the top, equipped with sun loungers. 2 swimming pools one x children's bar with sandwiches and cold first courses you cannot bring food from outside.

At only 500 meters altitude near Pistoia lies the village (hamlet) Castagno. The way up is already an adventure, with beautiful chestnut trees and hairpin bends. If you pay attention you might see a deer or a fox.. (we do..) Once at the top we were welcomed by the sweet Giulia and her mother. Not only a swimming pool, but also a beautiful terraced lawn where you can relax in the shade of the chestnut trees. The train station is very convenient, on the Porretta Pistoia line, one of the most evocative in Italy.

Large spacious rooms and a wonderful restaurant.

Very very characteristic farmhouse located just outside Pistoia (5 minutes by car). Clean and comfortable rooms, we are in a farmhouse, don't expect an extra luxury resort. Swimming pool but in general a garden environment worthy of the latter and above all sensational cuisine (it is no coincidence that Michelin star in 2020). An experience beyond all imagination and which literally left us speechless...
