A nice spot run by friendly owners. This is not a full service hotel and the accommodation is in a separate building from the main house with its own kitchenette. It is convenient both for the train station and visiting the old city of Pistoia

We chose Pistoia as the base for a two-day visit to Florence. This plan worked great.
Hosts Carlo and Lucia have a quirky compound located a short walk from the train station. We parked our rental car for the duration, and used the regional train service (frequent and cheap) to get to Florence.
(Ask Carlo about his motorcycle collection.) While C & L don't speak English or French and we don't speak Italian, communication was no problem: beyond Google, they use the new generation of on-the-fly translation devices. Each morning, they laid on a nice spread for breakfast, so our mornings did not start hungry.
Warm and personable couple, convenient location.

This was by far the most amazing place I have ever stayed during my travels! The owners, Marco and Lucia, treated us like family and the breakfast was such a delicious treat ! A unique location where you feel like you are staying on a Tuscan farm yet walking distance to the quaint midevil village of Pistoia that offers amazing restaurants and shops. The rooms are so comfortable (most come with an in room spa) and there is something so unique about the location you know you are somewhere special when staying here. Even with the rustic vibes this place deserves a high 5*. Thank you Lucia and Marco for your hospitality and hope to see you soon!!!! Mandy and Nick

I made the booking and my booking was confirmed by you. But when we arrived the hotel owner wanted to bring you to a cheap private house. We denied the shaby offer. And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. We want the money back!

Everything was perfect. Quiet close to the city center. The place is an historical sight of the town. The owner are two great persons, so kind and cultivated, they have a lot of stories to tell. In the garden there are plenty of animals :it’s a really magical

Attractive and well equipped. Lovely coffee machine and all facilities good. Excellent car parking. Close to train station for trips to Florence.

Bed are comfortable. 3 rooms and 1 common area with some snacks and coffee/tea for whole day for guest to help themselves. Big garden with different places to sit outside. Middle of the town. Our children and I had good time there. Their place has many chickens, 2 🐈, 🦚, 🐇. Lucia and Carlo are very kind and warm hospitality. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Stay for two nights, with 2 children in this wonderful place. Close to the center, a small paradise surrounded by greenery. Spacious and comfortable room, all clean and tidy rooms, excellent breakfast. Carlo and Lucia of a rare kindness and availability. Highly recommended
