I loved this property. It’s a smaller city and we had a car so we drove to the train station and hopped on the train. The host at San Rocco was wonderful, very accommodating, handled our requests quickly and courteously. The restaurant is run by a man and his wife who previously owned a restaurant. The restaurant on Saturday evening was full to capacity because loyal customers have followed him to his new location. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. Some of the rooms have been renovated and some are in the process so are a bit dated but super clean, good mattress and the view from our bedroom and kitchen was stunning!

Agriturismo San Rocco is a treasure. Once you find it, you will never want to leave. It is a quiet paradise. The hotel features a large pool surrounded by greenery and a grass lawn. Plenty room to stretch out, with your family or that special someone. After soaking up the sun and retiring to your room for a rest, find your way to the amazing restaurant. Amazing food, incredible chef and a great staff, too.

Very very characteristic farmhouse located just outside Pistoia (5 minutes by car). Clean and comfortable rooms, we are in a farmhouse, don't expect an extra luxury resort. Swimming pool but in general a garden environment worthy of the latter and above all sensational cuisine (it is no coincidence that Michelin star in 2020). An experience beyond all imagination and which literally left us speechless. Both for dinner, a few dishes but of high caliber, and for breakfast. 5 star staff, present, courteous and extremely kind. Too bad we were only there for one night, we will definitely return in the future. Top✅

Truly splendid location in a fascinating context. Clean and well-kept apartments. This time we also tried the cuisine, very interesting with few dishes but excellent quality and served very well. Excellent value for money. My family and I enjoyed a Communion lunch. Exceptional location, very close to the center of Pistoia and the main roads, excellent food quality, you can actually breathe an atmosphere of calm and quiet which enhances a very positive experience. The exteriors are very well cared for, with the swimming pool offering a pleasant relaxation area.

A wonderful discovery! Superlative welcome, fantastic location, relaxing and I would add outside the chaos of the city. You can breathe peace and serenity. Maria was a very nice host! Apartments were very spacious and clean with all the facilities you need, including a kitchen. Very Nice pool with view on the mountains and the old church.

Wonderful place. Clean and spacious apartments, very large pool area, perfectly maintained and absolutely relaxing. Francesco the owner really kind and helpful. A few minutes drive from the center of Pistoia. Absolutely recommended to relax and disconnect!
