We stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel. Staff were excellent (Anthony & Francesca) friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Cereal, cakes, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juices, yoghurt, cheese and ham (plus no shortage of coffee) The bedroom was large, good aircon and very large bathroom. Good to have furniture in room to unpack clothes from bags. The hotel also has a lounge room with a coffee machine, tea and sherry. Felt secure in the hotel even though reception is not staffed 24 hours as the town of Pistoia is quiet and safe. Very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

A national rail strike in Italy on the day we were supposed to arrive upended all our plans, resulting in our arriving very late. The hotel accommodated our late arrival so we were able to check in with no problems. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast

Lovely and very helpful staff. Beautiful classic setting with old world charm ...my memory foam mattress was super comfortable.

Tucked away in a neat little city called Pistoia is this great property. I was not prepared to be transported back in time, the overall mood was from another century, but the amenities were all modern. My room had a big bed and on the loft it had 2 additional beds. It is a great place and location to move around the city square. Faviano was my front desk manager and she was quite helpful to install passwords on my devices. What really made my day was the breakfast room, I totally adored it!! I wanted to spend hours and hours to admire the room and its atmosphere! I highly recommend this place especially for families and romantic get aways!

It was the most beautiful experience in a high-class hotel. Thank you to the staff who were at their best. Quiet, clean, positioning in the historic center very close to the central square where you can find the cathedral, a lot of shops and terraces. In a word, exceptional

Fantastic hotel in a part ot a very historic Palazzo, and the helpful lady on reception was always smiling. The room and shower room were very clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast was superb with endless choice of food, all beautifully presented. The service was attentive and the coffee was excellent. The frittata was absolutely lovely. If I could give the hotel 10 stars I would.

Beutiful building with a central location within the historic Old Town. Nice clean rooms with excellent bathroom. Needs tea/coffee in the rooms, however this was available in a sitting room. Wifi was good. Unmanned reception at night with key pad entry. Good selection at continental style breakfast. Manager/patron was lovely and very attentive.
Parking difficult but available nearby.
