Excellent short experience. Clean, spacious, and quiet room. The owner was helpful and courteous. Located on the outskirts of the city, a few kilometers from the center, but close to a bus stop. No late-night noise despite being on the street. The 24-hour breakfast buffet was convenient and helpful. Parking is available on a private driveway.

A wonderful welcome from the gentleman at reception, who introduced us to the hotel and explained all the amenities!
We were given a beautiful room with multiple rooms, and the complimentary toiletries were amazing!
The pool was beautiful and very pleasant; we spent a lovely day there!
The historic center of Pistoia is also stunning!
We will definitely be back, thank you for your hospitality!

A very welcoming property, the owners are truly kind. We were impressed by how much attention they pay to their guests. The room was spotless and equipped with amenities not found even in luxury hotels. The hotel is located very close to the highway exit, making it convenient even if you don't want to stay in a touristy city like Florence.

Arriving after a day on our motorbikes, we appreciated the owner's helpfulness. After stashing our bikes in the adjacent pool enclosure, we went to our room. It was spotless and tidy. After a wonderful night's sleep, we had breakfast.

Okay, so my wife and I are in Italy to visit several places, Rome, Florence, Venice, among others. Of all the accommodations we've stayed in, this hotel was the most welcoming. All the others were very difficult because we didn't speak English, Spanish, or Italian, and the staff were rude. At this hotel, the young woman who attended to us was super kind, attentive, and ready to answer all our questions. The young man who works at the hotel, I think he's the owner, was super kind, polite, and always ready to help. The accommodations were fantastic, with a great bed to rest after days of walking around Florence, Pisa, and Lucca – a truly worthy rest. The hotel even provides a space to have coffee with a few items, a wonderful initiative. Just one thing to say about this hotel: FANTASTIC.

Excellent small hotel with parking
Great small hotel in a very friendly town. The owner speaks excellent English and he’s very personable. We used Pistoia as a base to export much of Tuscany.
